"You can’t beat this location. However, for $150, the room should at least have some coffee pods or something. Still, it was a nice clean room and most importantly it was WARM in the middle of the freezing Michigan winter. Comfy bed. And it’san easy walk to anywhere downtown. Would stay again but $150 felt a little steep. Front desk was friendly but people working at the cafe were not really warm at all."
"Positive points: a very conveniently located, small hotel just next to university campus and several restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores etc. Ideal for short visits. It was quiet contrary to what other customers describe. The availability of free breakfast was welcome since it is not a usual amenity in US hotels. Negative points: the lack of a refrigerator! This is actually the first hotel in the last 40 years -that I can remember- without a refrigerator in the room. Also, we could not pull the curtains far enough to darken the room from daylight. Overall: a good choice for short stays in Ann Arbor. To the manager: please buy refrigerators for the rooms!"
"Husband and I stayed here for one night and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods including eggs, meat, cereal, breads, waffles, juices…etc! They had a pool in which we did not check out but other than that we enjoyed our stay!"
"Very clean, the room is not small, a good choice for family travel, the breakfast is also good, although there are not many varieties, it is convenient. Next time I travel, I will choose Holiday Inn again. The service staff is very enthusiastic and will greet you when you meet them in the corridor, making the guests feel at home."
"Wonderful stay ! Truly amazing ! The room was well tended too and I felt as though all my concerns were addressed. Staff was kind and the area felt safe!"

GGuest UserWe stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The best part about the hotel room was the bathroom. The shower was huge with a seat. There were two mirrors with lights and Bluetooth you could pair to your phone to play music. We did not try it but we both thought that it was a cool feature. Unlike most hotels, the fitness center had cables and fancy workout bikes. The sauna was very relaxing. We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later.
GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing and even during a pandemic the wedding was beautiful. Leah was amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed Meg at the front desk and the General manager was willing to help us with anything. Such a blessing to find this fabulous hotel for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. Thank you thank you
TTravelifeJoThe room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night
