Beautiful well decorated place. Lovely to have water and coffee available. Very nice to have wine and cheese platters HOWEVER, we arrived at 6:35, checked in 6:38 and we were unable to get the wine or cheese. It was literally being packed away as we were checking in. It was so disappointing that they could not salvage a couple of glasses for us. Nice to be able to walk to the river and purchase our drinks.

Better than domestic Samsung, the bedding towels are white and clean, you can ask for them at any time, that is, there is no room service after 10 o'clock, you have to throw the garbage out and change the garbage bag. Dirty towels should also be placed in the linen basket at the door, and go back to the lobby to get the towels at night. Hot coffee in the lobby has been provided free of charge, disposable paper cups, and the quality is very good. The lobby bar is enough to sit and enjoy and watch pedestrians passing by outside. Free breakfast is also ok. There are eggs and bacon, bread, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal. Nutrition is enough. It was the young lady at the front desk who mischarged us on the day of check-in, and it was lifted after five days. We stayed for three days and came back every day if we didn't get the card to the front desk to update it, we couldn't open the door. The room is a bit narrow and cramped, especially if you bring the kitchen, it is even narrower. The bathroom has a smell of sewers, which is almost the same as the domestic Samsung. In addition, the room rate booked through Trip.com was more than 2,000 per day, and I continued to live for one day. I called the hotel directly. The price was less than 1400. Yuan can say that Savannah is worthy of the top leisure city, air tickets and hotel prices are too high.

This was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed In. The proximity to everything in Savannah was spot on. The only thing I was disappointed in was the the price of valet parking. I think $38.00 a day is steep.

Very Good
Lovely location near the riverwalk. Beautiful old restored historic buildings. Each building combined has all the amenities you would, but due to keeping the historic buildings y’know historic none of them are attached and it’s HOT in the the Savannah in the summer. The elevators were broke for two of the fours days I was there and they kept encouraging me to walk up six flights of stairs. A few times I had to ask if someone could let me use the staff elevator as it wasn’t suggested as an option. To get down, I had to call the front desk (quite busy understandably) or go down six flights of stairs. Might’ve been better for someone whose knee wasn’t messed up. The decoration was lovely and the food at the restaurants was good. I was surprised the breakfast vouchers did not cover a full breakfast no matter what or where you ate, but maybe that’s normal for this type of hotel? I don’t often splurge on such a nice hotel.
GGuest UserI had to ring the front desk bell four times before someone came. Waited for about eight minutes. This was at about 4pm. The room was clean enough. Unidentified drips and splatters here and there on the walls. Even though we booked for two nights we were given only one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper, had no paper towels, and full garbage. The next day, the garbage had no been changed. Still no paper towels and now no toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk and ask if I could refill it. They let me. Seemed like only one person was working at any given time and multiple times I went to the front desk and there was a sign up that they were helping someone else. Lots of papers left out at the front desk with hotel booking information with no one around to keep it private. Overall I got a good deal and one person held it down enough to be average. I wouldn’t go back if I had to pay more to stay there.
The hotel was centrally located with a walking distance of 10 min from the riverwalk and 15 min from Forsyth Park. The hotel offered parking on their property for $30, but the side streets close by were free. Specifically, West Harris and West Charlton Streets were free all day for parking. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The process for checking in and out were easy. Overall, the hotel was a decent value for the price ($100/night).
GGuest UserThe hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.
The room is clean and comfortable, a little small, but it's acceptable in the city. It's not far from the riverside scenic spot, just a 5-minute walk away. It's very close to the famous university SCAD, so it's suitable for all kinds of check-ins.
GGuest UserWhen I went there was St Patrick's Day holiday, the annual tourist season, the hotel was about 300 yuan more expensive than usual. The hotel is not equipped with breakfast and slippers, and you can find food nearby. It costs $67 (about 490 RMB) to take a taxi from the airport here.
