Great location, good service and good valet parking

The room was absolutely clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our Honeymoon there.

The hotel room are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was tastefully designed and decorated.

Everything was clean and cool until I got into the shower and dirt started coming from the door ! Also the water in the shower was not hot! The sink water was hotter than my shower but other than that it was great!

The hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.

Good hotel for near the airport. A free shuttle took us to the airport at 4 in the morning. The front desk was nice and always ready to answer questions.

Excellent location for easy access to the city center! The motel was clean, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean. You'll find a Burger King, a gas station, and ample parking directly behind the property. There's a bus stop for Graceland just a short walk from the motel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
