GGuest UserWow Wow Wow what a hotel - Service was excellent - The Room was extra clean and stocked with towels - The staff were extra special - Duan , Melchia, Maya and Julio helped with our luggage - Nice young man, What a room - Amazing and the hole expierence and ambiance of the Hotels is really special - Defiantly recommend this one

GGuest UserThis property is very nice with a 24 hour fitness center, breakfast and coffee wasn't to bad. The room was clean, but the hallways really needed to be vacuumed. The setup of the room is very nice with a full refrigerator, microwave, full sink and dishwasher. It's a great choice for long term stays. Very close to I-75, shopping and nice restaurants. There's a Whole Food close by too.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel many times and Candace is usually the one who checks me in. She is very professional and kind. While she mentions how good the onsite restaurant is, she gladly gives you some options at nearby restaurants. The rooms are always clean, the beds are so comfortable and as a solo traveler I feel very safe.

GGuest UserWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

GGuest UserThe room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

GGuest UserI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is old, especially the carpet has a damp smell and feels not clean. But its location is very good, the parking lot is large, the room is large, the service is good, the breakfast is good, because of the familiarity, I have lived here many times. Once I stayed at the Marriott Hotel next to me. Although it was luxurious, the room was small. I also reported two fire alarms in the middle of the night. The price was too low and the experience was too bad. So I often live here.

MMary HightowerWe visited for valentine's weekend, was able to checkin at 2pm. Room clean and nice. Shower was amazing and clean. Only complaint is that we could have used 4 pillows instead of 3.
