CChristopherA very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

__WeChat255378****The room was exceptionally beautiful and spacious, clean and tidy, and check-in was very convenient! The host responded super quickly. One suggestion is to clearly mark the location of the main entrance and the rooms on the first floor. When I was staying, someone from another room knocked on my door, and I thought it was a burglar, but it turned out they just couldn't find their room. It's within a five-minute walk of Brown University, and there's a great coffee shop called Coffee Exchange within a ten-minute walk. Overall, highly recommended!

Excellent location, close to Amtrak train station, mall and restaurants. Walkable to College Hill, Federal Hill. West Tower better then East Tower which is in dire need of renovation.

BBufengThe room is similar to a university dormitory. Although it is not large, it is very cost-effective and has good sanitary conditions. The only problem is that the air-conditioning and other facilities are a bit simple. There are public bathrooms for washing; the hotel is very close to Brown University, making it convenient for traveling.
