Family-friendly Hotels in Lanzhou

We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel, it truly exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service and facilities. What made my experience even more remarkable was the fact that they graciously upgraded my room without any additional charges, providing me with a breathtaking view and a sense of luxury. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. All in all, this hotel's exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities made my experience truly unforgettable.

It was pretty good. Breakfast time was chaos with kids running everywhere, same with the swimming pool. The blind in our room was faulty and they sorted it out quickly.

I booked this hotel because I had a train the next morning. It's right across Lanzhou train station, so perfect location for my purposes. Very nice room, everything was perfect.

I suggest adding a concealed clothesline and a small refrigerator that can be cooler. Secondly, the service: the front desk was greeted by a beautiful sister Zhang Ying. She added WeChat at that time and sent many tips about Lanzhou food, tourism, and transportation. During this period, she also helped me solve a lot of express delivery, breakfast and other aspects. Questions, and no matter when I send a message to WeChat, Zhang Ying will reply in a timely manner, very professional! There is also the sister who cleans the room. She has cleaned the room in a timely manner in the past three days, opened the windows for ventilation, and added water... and the security guard at the hotel entrance, who always answered my questions patiently. In short, everyone working in the hotel The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. Finally, there is transportation. I personally think it is very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the very famous Zhengning Road Night Market, 10 minutes to walk to Zhangye Road Night Market, and 10 minutes to walk to the Yellow River. You can eat and drink Gamazi Pork while walking. Skewers, Fangha milk tea, Ma Laotai stuffed skin, hand-picked, Masan potato slices... anyway, the delicious food is all around. If you are tired, it only costs more than 10 yuan to take a taxi back to the hotel. Personally, I think it is more convenient to ride a bicycle. In short, the hotel is located Very convenient. The reason why I have always chosen Jinjiang Sunshine, the mattress and pillows are particularly comfortable, and it is the best sleep in the hotel I have ever stayed in. Special thanks to a waiter named Huang Xiuxia in the hotel. It was really intimate. I sent fresh fruit, snacks and dolls at night. I saw water stains in the bathroom. I immediately took the towel to clean it. I was afraid of slipping. I carefully spread the towel. It was very warm!

The hotel is in a great location just 15 minutes walk from the yellow river iron bridge. Convenient underground parking Big, spacious, modern room with a nice shower and comfy bed. Great desk area with city views! Wifi was a little inconvenient (having to scan and sign up) and stopped working after I left and returned to the room later (however staff were very helpful so I'm sure if I asked for help it would have been resolved!) A decent breakfast selection. It would benefit from adding coffee (American etc.) - currently there is a pre-mixed white coffee machine. Would recommend the hotel :-)

The only disadvantage is that the decoration of the facilities is too old (some rooms in the hotel are currently being upgraded) 💰Cost: 352, without breakfast, need to add 75 yuan ☘️Environment: The master bedroom is acceptable, the high-rise on the 18th floor overlooks the city view, there is no time to watch TV, the bed is quite soft, sleeps well at night, and the sound of the hotel's road construction is a bit loud in the morning. The bathroom is too old, but acceptable. Safes and refrigerators are also available, which looks like the configuration of an old five-star hotel. The most unacceptable thing is that the shower is very difficult to operate, the water in the bathtub is not easy to use, and the bathing experience is too bad. Looking forward to renovating the bathroom. 🍱Eat: There is no doubt that Lanzhou is full of carbohydrates and all kinds of beef noodles. But if you want to lose weight, I can recommend you to eat barbecue, mutton and beef, the price is affordable and the portion is sufficient. Fruits are no better than in the south, except for some from Xinjiang, the others are generally more expensive. Lanzhou is really suitable for eating meat and gnawing bones! What a beautiful place!
