非常贊，直接升級了行政樓層，房間很大，佈置雅緻大方。有任何的問題酒店都第一時間協助解決，從沒有推諉或不情願，很有賓至如歸的感覺。另外，還有機器人送餐很便捷。對了，窗外的景色非常贊，遠眺羣山，心情很舒暢。

到達蘭州第一天住的酒店，位置離中心有點距離，周邊沒什麼商業和景點，入住時候給升級了行政樓層，但是行政樓的酒廊沒開業，房間超級大，送了水果，房間裏有哈曼卡頓的音響，早餐比較一般，種類不多，關鍵蘭州的酒店居然牛肉麪做的太一般了，另外，房間雖然大，但是看得出來裝修的質量是一般的。

我們家2大2小，是加了一張單人床的，我訂的豪華房面積小一些，酒店就給我免費升級成了套房，首先要謝謝酒店的安排。酒店比較新，套房面積很大很安靜，設施不錯，而且房間視野開闊，家人都滿意。還有贈送歡迎水果盤哦。唯一不足的是大門口的門僮服務還可以提高。
