Very friendly service.
Amazing location, less than 3’minutes walking distance from the border. Great to relax after a long journey through China.
Shame the swimming pool was closed.

The location was near china and we could go over for a short visit.
The front desk was helpful to all our queries and request. They tended to our needs and request.
Room was kept clean and the view was quite nice.

Lovely hotel, great view of China which is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we missed breakfast! Even bought us up a welcome piece of cake to the room! Room was lovely very clean and comfortable bed

酒店位置很方便，距離越南海關近一步之遙出了門就可以過海關客房設施老舊人員服務，一般需要留意的是豪華房這個房型並不是每一間房都宣傳圖片那樣很大，他可能會給你安排小一點的房間，那個時候你就要跟前台説要和照片一樣的房間就會給你換

Отель расположен в пешей доступности от пограничного пункта с Китаем. Приветливый и вежливый персонал. Мы бронировали номер для некурящих, однако когда зашли в него был сильный запах табака. Девушка на ресепшене, без проблем, заменила нам номер. Кровати удобные.

受付の人は、英語を話せる。
一度、ブレーカーが落ちたが、素早く対応してくれた。
常温の水は、無料だか、冷蔵庫の水は、1つ20000ドンした。
部屋は、きれいだと思う。
朝食は、メニューから選ぶ式だった。
2日目は、試しに、バインミーとフォーの計2つを頼んだが、普通に提供された。
国境の事務所がホテルの隣にある。
ラオカイ駅から歩くと20分くらいだが、途中で放し飼いの犬が数匹いて、追いかけられ、怖い目にあったので、タクシーなどを使って来た方がいいかもしれない。
周りには飲食店やスーパーは、極端に少ない。
コロナ下で国境が閉鎖されているせいか、夜９時になると、本当に静か。
