The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable
There were many homeless people in the area. Breakfast lacked variety. Orange juice was very water down.

Overall our stay was good. The check-in clerk was not very friendly. We were given a room in the front of the hotel which was on a busy street. When we asked for a room in the back that would be quieter, she said no without checking to see if anything was available or without offering other options.

I would say the overall experience was good. The bed wasn’t as comfy, bathtub was a little dirty, and the walls were thin. However, all the staff were friendly.

Hotel linens were dingy and gave impression of not being clean. Trash cans not emptied, tub looked unclean, paint needed redoing. This property needs a major update.

Staff was great. Door lock was missing inside cover. Room was clean, however it needed remodeling. Also, bedding was old but clean.

I needed a place to sleep for the night since I had a quick trip to inspect property.
Staff was helpful and attentive . I got to the room and needed to return to front desk since key wouldn’t activate.
After entering I do what I always do and pulled back the covers to inspect the bedding. Sadly there were stains on the bottom sheet and old blood stains on one of the pillow cases. Housekeeping brought new linens but wouldn’t change the bed per policy of entering an occupied room.
I made the bed myself.

The room was mostly clean. Affordable. Easily accessible. Room could really use some updating. The sheets were old and had holes. Toilet didn't flush well. Floor needs scrubbing (stuff stuck to it). Hot breakfast was listed so disappointed it was a simple continental.

We stayed here because my husband had medical appointments two days in a row. We didn't want to drive back and forth twice. This was affordable and easy to get to his appointments. The place was great. Staff was very friendly and amenable.
