The room we had was not really terrible: a maximum of furniture in a minimum of space to say there is a desk, but the room was very good. The board is ... but it is impossible to turn the bed. This may explain the low level of cleanliness ... Sleeps on the moquette and chairs, a bit of bread and I pass. The kitchenette has not been changed since the last century! The shower door does not pass properly (it would deserve to be seriously re-established before it is no longer possible to use). The bathroom is dressed with hair and hair, the toilet bath in a orange juice, not very hygienic all this but we apply the health instructions well !!! Thankfully the staff is pleasant, welcome and smile ! Despite this only positive point, we are not ready to put our feet back on it.

10 min walk from the train station, but there is a tram station not far away, where you are 6 stops from the beach. Modern hotel, where the TV is large, the Italian showers are very large, the design decor. The breakfast offers savory and sweet, the croissants or various breads are very fresh. I like when the room is equipped with a kettle and you can make yourself a coffee or a tea. Top sound and heat insulation, my room facing the inner courtyard was supremely silent. Very pleasant reception, very cool staff. You can also store your luggage there. Not far from the popular district of Le Havre, the university, the shops, the art deco municipal swimming pool. 20 min walk from the Docks shopping Centre, 5 min from the Syrius cinema. In short, I highly recommend because the value for money is the best in Le Havre!

Very good quality/price ratio for this new generation youth hostel, all staff were pleasant and competent. A special mention to the chef cooking of Birgit for his delicious cookies made home, fruit salad, framboise cut and all the rest of the breakfast.

By booking 3 days first, I extended another 2 days because the hotel is very good. I didn't eat breakfast because I like to make my own coffee in the room with the provided kettle, and it's cute to take a bath in the bathtub. Behind the hotel, the bridge quickly leads to the Primark Shopping Center or the other side of the university, then into Boulevard Joffre, leading to the new Coty Center and Fnac Refuge on a rainy day. This is a boulevard with many shops.

Phillipe owns the Hotel. He and his staff give outstanding customer experience which leads to great customer service. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Bedrooms are quite small, but one with a balcony on the 6th floor is just superb. Views are fabulous. Fully recommend this hotel and do talk with Phillipe if you need to know anything about Le Havre. Ok the people saying it was horrible i suspect they would normally stay in a radison or novotel. It had clean sheets bed was comfy enough big bathroom surprisingly nice toilet paper. The problems people have with the rooms is petty and they shouldn't be so cheap if they are that picky. Frankly the room reminded me of visiting my nans just a bit dated and old but perfectly comfortable for a few nights. Staff were brilliant and helped us loads Didn't eat the food because of all the amazing places to eat within 10 min of the hotel(book in advance reservations a must) Its central loads of great places on its doorstep. Maybe a week stay might leave you wanting extra amenities but i personally would struggle to find things in le harve to keep me amused for a week anyway. 1-3 nights its fine cheap and cheerful.

In order to go to Elephant Trunk Hill, it is just opposite the train station and the bus station. Zero distance. The hotel’s seasoning is good, the room is quite big, the view is good, and the breakfast is good. On the other side of the hotel is a shopping mall. There are places to eat and shop, recommended.
