Moved from Aix-En to this property in La Pontet, outside Avignon. The hosts made us feel very welcome on arrival and the owner was always extremely friendly. The rooms are very spacious and the staff especially Thomas and Helena were fantastic. This property is probably due for a major facelift, the pool area had ****s growing everywhere. the gardening staff need to lift their game bigtime, the biggest downside is you are a 30 Euro taxi ride away from the village, so everytime you go and come back you are 60 Euro lighter, why they don't run a shuttle is bewildering. We ate at the restaurant the food was fantastic, expensive but very nice. They don't have a bar you can sit in the afternoon, which is also a downside for me. Breakfast was ok As i said i would only rate this property 4 star. Thanks Gavin

This is the hotel's 2nd hotel booking. This time we are a little disappointed. The rooms are not soundproofed enough. Furthermore, we arrived in a room with the minimum heating. We thought we were heating when we arrived that was not the case.

Straight off the autoroute and you are in a commercial zone that could be anywhere. What's nice about this gated hotel is that it has little touches of Provence in the outside seating areas, complete with water features. There was plenty of free parking on site, and though there is a surcharge to use the leisure facility (small swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room), it was great to have this option available to us after a long drive. The restaurant was closed during our stay (Covid times) but there seemed to be plenty of options in the area and 15 mins from Avignon. The rooms are motel-like and a bit like containers, so although we couldn't really hear noise from the road, we could hear the loud voices and TVs till 3am, though the hotel did their best to ask people to be quiet. All in all, if you are looking for somewhere just off the motorway, and don't mind the lack of character, then this place is fine. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

I was travelling with my friends and we had a very good stay. I recommend it. Good breakfast, Ideal room size, Armory, Good bathroom with shower, You can see the Premier League (in deferred). There is very friendly staff but breakfast is little variety.

2 nights in this hotel : No shower free in the bathroom on the first day , it was very warm outside and the Clim in the room was insufficient. The next morning, at breakfast, as everyone arrives almost at the same time, not only there is no room for everyone, but also the buffet was almost empty, The coffee machine was not working, the person had a problem to start it again. No toilet paper in the toilets playing breakfast room Two nights we were 3 in the room , a large bed and a mezzanine , 2 shower towels for 3 . The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel and the hotel is a good place to stay in the hotel.
