We are comming back :) - clean (garbage out every day, clean towels, ..) - nice app - great beach (they take a very good care) - great staff - quiet place Just loved the experience and hope to come back.

The location is quite good next to Myrina but the facilities of the hotel are unacceptable. Zero cleanliness, the bathroom is small, the base of the toilet was shaking, the kitchen is unacceptable and the price of €130 was in no way worth the money. I would not recommend it to no one. And the beach bar in front of the hotel €25 minimum consumption, despite all that the owner of the hotel has it in the hotel facilities. Shame.

We have linked Lemnos with Villa (Apartments) Victoria! Because it has everything anyone could want on vacation. I will not repeat what so many have said. I will say that it covered the needs of the whole family. The 8-year-old son who wanted both the sea AND the pool (and burgers and chicken bites!), the 14-year-old daughter who wanted full wifi, walks every night in Myrina (in 5 minutes with parking!), water sport (it was a few meters down) and of the husband who wanted rest, a room on the sand (we stayed in the little house that is literally ON the sand), evening bath and relaxation and of the mother who, among other things, always had company with the awesome owner Mrs. Vivi, omnipresent, helpful and interesting. It goes without saying that we will go to Lemnos again, it goes without saying that we will stay HERE for the third time!

The facilities externally very good as well as the surrounding area. The garden is very neat. It is very convenient that the beach is only a few meters away and is excellent, especially for families with small children. But the rooms are poorly maintained, the equipment is old, the bed linen worn, the terrace furniture old with worn cushions. The kitchen cabinets bloated and the fridge dirty （smelled bad, the grill was rusty and generally not clean）, we had to get cleaners to clean it. Not a pleasant thing when you pay €95 a night for a triple room (without breakfast). The bathroom is old and so small that the door does not open completely, it hits the basin. A larger person does not fit in the bathroom. Also, the cleaners don't wear masks!!! More generally the rooms gave us the feeling of sloppiness and poor maintenance and it is a shame that such a beautiful place is not properly maintained. I wouldn't recommend it to friends, it's overpriced for what it offers.

Τετραμελής οικογένεια η οποία επισκέφθηκε το κατάλυμα για 13 νύκτες τον Ιούλιο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στο κύμα σε μία από τις καλύτερες παραλίες του νησιού. ¨Άρτια οργανωμένο. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Καθαρά δωμάτια με θέα την θάλασσα. Πολύ καλή κουζίνα. Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας προκάλεσε η πιστή προσήλωση στους κανόνες καθαριότητας και υγιεινής λόγω των συνθηκών COVID -19.
