The welcome was perfect..but I never received the answer for a room for people with reduced mobility...so we find ourselves in a room of 10 m2...with toilet and bathroom included..plus the 140 bed...I'll let you imagine...too much noise...cardboard walls...at 5 a.m. the screams of a woman making love..

Big disappoin**ent because it should really be noted that in the room, there is no bathroom or toilet for the rooms with 2 beds. In addition we had to pay 29 euros more to have the bathroom, but suddenly we had no control over the two beds - it was not cool for my 23 year old son to sleep with his mother - additional costs where I would have was able to take another hotel with significantly better comfort - first time disappointed on the "Hôtels.com" platform.

Simple but nice place. clean and comfortable with the best price in the surrounding area. You can even reheat your dinner and eat it in the dining room.

The hotel is basic but ok.
However, no towels or hand towels were provided, to my great surprise.
I could have bought some! :-(
The sink located right next to the bed gave off a strong smell of sewage, which made the stay very unpleasant.
I didn't see anyone when I left to whom I could have reported it.

totally disinterested staff, poor welcome and departure ditto. the maid came into my room at 9 a.m. after I was sleeping and I had put a note at the door not to disturb. Dadfilee came back to knock for 5 minutes at 11:20 a.m. while I was washing and almost kicked me out to clean the room. I wouldn't come back.
