Firstly the hotel is good. But for example i need ice for my medicine but they did not have its not normal that not to find medicine. The refrigerator was not working. but the other things is good. Room is big shower is clean the beds are fine at all i stayed 2 days there and it was fine.

For the same price, try the Hilton/Queens. This hotel is only suitable for those visiting friends and family in Liaocheng who want to stay close to them. 1️⃣ Poor management: We checked in and entered the room, but the front desk called and said they couldn't find our reservation. The next day, after breakfast, we returned to our room at 9:00 AM to find one of our room cards had expired. 2️⃣ Poor service: We only received our room card upon check-in, with no notification, and no information about Wi-Fi or breakfast. The breakfast selection was limited, with hidden dishes. Noodles were not available unless you asked, and the sauerkraut was all put away. The milk in the coffee machine was full of dirty water. I asked the woman with the afro several times for milk, but she ignored me. I finally got a manager to pour me a glass, but it tasted like too much powdered milk. I kept hearing running water from upstairs in my room. After I reported it to the front desk, no one came to check. The running water only became a dripping sound and then quieted down. This suggests the hotel staff knew about the problem but ignored it as long as no one reported it. Dealing with it 3️⃣ Poor hardware: The room was incredibly hot, and the central air conditioning wouldn't adjust itself. I woke up in the middle of the night and heard running water from above, which continued until I left the next day. After I reported it to the hotel at 5 PM, the sound stopped for a few hours, but continued throughout the night. The bathroom was covered in limescale. The water treatment was poor, leaving a lot of white sediment after boiling. The room lighting was dim. 4️⃣ Poor software: The pillows were unbelievably old, filled with clumps of cotton, making sleeping uncomfortable. There wasn't even a foot mat in the bathroom, making it easy to slip after showering. The hair dryer's button was broken, and it only had a slight warm and cold air setting. 5️⃣ While the hotel overall was truly poor, I'd like to thank the front desk staff who helped with the package, and the housekeeping staff who brought me a pillow and a small fan. They were very helpful.

If that's the case, why is it still open? Just close the business and make adjustments. It affects the guests' mood. The breakfast is not good. I ordered a bowl of noodles, but they said they were out of noodles. The dates and cherry tomatoes were not washed properly. No one cleaned the table in time. The environment is not good. It doesn't match the four-star rating at all. I have stayed in hotels all over the country, but this one is the worst. I will never come again.

When I checked out, she also sent me fruit snacks. I was very satisfied. There are museums and the ancient canal city around the hotel. I didn't have enough fun after staying for two nights. I will stay here next time.
