The hotel is close to the ancient town of Suhe, the environment is great, the room is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the restaurant. Most importantly, from the lobby manager to the cleaning lady, everyone is very warm and polite. It was very comfortable to stay here during the Spring Festival.

Location is best, right next to the Ancient town. Room is very spacious and breakfast was best, had a variety of options and most importantly delicious. Worth for staying. The hotel is very big so you need to take a golf car to your room. Walking will be little tired. Hotel is a bit old but still it’s very clean.

Recently stayed at Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, especially from the villa courtyards. The mix of traditional Naxi architecture and modern amenities gives the resort a unique charm. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a private outdoor soaking tub that made the stay even more relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

I enjoyed the hotel stay a lot. Beautiful architecture, large breakfast selection, and you just can’t go wrong with a large hotel. My tip to other Travellers who are looking for a luxury experience, please don’t go for the up and coming avant garde room designs that seem to be popular in Lijiang. Pros: 1. Economies of scale, rooms are of a high standard. Heating, air-conditioning all work fine. You’ll realize it’s a problem with the boutique hotels who are at the same price point 2. Breakfast begins at 6:30am - great for when you want to start your day early. 3. They had beautiful black swans and offer free activities like kayaking alongside them. Cons: 1. The boutique hotels has personalized services compared to large hotels. However, it’s not important for me.

The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

Pick up service is available at the high speed train station. We traveled from Shangarila. Check-in in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and get the room key to stay, no need to wait. And you can still eat breakfast that day. This is very satisfying. The room has 3 beds, 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, you don't have to wait in line to use the bathroom with your children. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and bedroom is excellent. There is yogurt as well, souvenirs, lift and lotion. I really like it because it can be used right away because we come from Thailand, which is a hot weather area. The location is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and both above ground and underground shopping. Walking to the ancient city of Lijiang is very close and very fun. We had the pleasure of staying at Banyan Tree Lijiang for one night, and it was by far the highlight of our entire trip to Yunnan. We booked the Pool Villa with views overlooking the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The entire resort is an oasis of calm, and we enjoyed exploring the beautifully landscaped grounds and the exceptional dining options. Very satisfied. The room is well decorated, spacious and bright with complete facilities. It is very safe to live in. The floor heating is a big plus. It is more comfortable than a pure air-conditioned room. Only by resting warmly can you recharge your energy to see the snow-capped mountains! In addition, the geographical location is excellent. In the Badong Valley Scenic Area, as soon as you leave the hotel, you are in the best position to watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also very convenient to go to Yulong Snow Mountain. The breakfast is delicious, and you can see the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain from the restaurant. There are some trees blocking the view, but it does not affect the view of the top of the mountain. If you take the elderly out for a trip and are afraid of the cold, you can watch it directly in the restaurant. It is warm and comfortable and has beautiful scenery. It is simply amazing. The service is also very considerate and responsive. Even during the peak season of the Spring Festival, the service is orderly. Another big plus point, many homestay hotels are overpriced during the Spring Festival, but this one has only a slight price adjustment, which is very conscientious. A very satisfying experience. From before check-in to the end, the housekeeper communicated very carefully throughout the whole process. If you encounter any problems, just contact the housekeeper and it's done. A friend who was traveling with me had a fever due to altitude sickness. The housekeeper provided a thermometer and the nearest clinic nearby. The B&B is in the ancient town but it is very quiet and suitable for rest. The room is no different from the picture, and it is even bigger than the picture. It is super warm with floor heating and air conditioning. The other staff of the B&B are also very enthusiastic and will invite you to drink tea, chat and play billiards. There are also two Alaskans, which are very cute.
