This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on.
The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

An exceptional experience even in the low travel period! They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Provided gifts each night in the room for anniversary and birthday. Room service team and reception are amazing. Also had one of the best spa treatments in the Med

We had a great time! The staff is very nice everywhere, the whole resort is clean. We had breakfast and dinner in the buffet. The food is very tasty, especially the salads and vegetables. They are incredibly fresh, reccommend to try it!

We stayed here for a week in April. The weather was amazing. We picked the hotel for the football pitch because we he have boys, they absolutely loved it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, so helpful on every level even before we got there when I made certain requests. The hotel is big, spacious, immaculate and comfortable. There was 1 particularly lovely waitress at breakfast called Napa who remembered every day which coffee we wanted and would bring it over without even asking. The pool staff were also very attentive and professional. We had the most fantastic time. The only thing I would say is, it’s a little more further out than the Amara, Four Seasons, Amathus etc if you want to go to different restaurants every night. The LPM at the Parklane was stunning and all the other restaurants there were also lovely but quite expensive, luckily I had a great restaurant list from a friend. My only complaint would be that the outdoor pools were a little too cold so my kids didn’t swim much which was a shame because that’s the best part.

We had a lovely week, although the pools were a bit too cold could do with being heated slightly. The food is far too expensive and not great at all. They don’t have enough staff around the pool which is annoying. The kids club is great. The few staff that we really lovely and stood out were Nikolina - she was by far the best out of everyone and great with my kids. Nikolina is a credit to the hotel. Also Andri and Anna lovely. Anna Soltys was also fantastic. Our cleaner Ioanna was so lovely and did a beautiful job everyday of cleaning our room. Had a fab time just shame about the quality and price of the food. Thanks

We had such a wonderful time, thanks in part to Fotis, the hotel bartender. He was a pleasure to meet and generously shared his knowledge of Cyprus, giving us great tips on where to explore. I would highly recommend staying at Parklane, it’s such a gorgeous hotel.
