Close to Guilin North Railway station but cannot locate it in Didi using the hotel name. It was a real struggle to find it in the maps and should register it as Park Inn Hotel. The staff who entertained me needs to improve her customer service over the phone. Not friendly for foreigner who has poor Chinese language. The first room they gave has a problem with the room lock and must check it often before giving it to clients. On a good note, they have helped us change into a new room. Also, it also clean and smells fresh and new.

挺好的，酒店香香，裝修很新，服務也很好，衞生沒啥毛病，衞生間乾濕分離，感覺挺多小細節的，像門鎖啊防滑啊啊啥的，還有小機器人送外賣是我沒想到的哈哈哈哈。

錦江旗下新開的酒店，酒店大氣整潔房間舒適
簡約不簡單，床非常舒服，用具非常齊全，也非常有質感，衞生乾淨整潔
前台接待服務非常好，禮貌周到
出行方便，吃喝玩樂啥都有，自助洗衣，健身房，還有免費的停車場

服務態度極差，但是工作人員不會開發票就讓留了一個聯繫方式，給開電子發票，但是也沒有注意郵箱裏麪沒有這個發票。今天聯繫酒店沒人理，攜程客服聯繫酒店也沒人理，説15分鐘，到現在過來5.6小時也沒有回覆，服務極差，最後還是攜程官方開的，如果不會開發票就不要寫酒店提供發票好嘛？
