Excellent service!
Special attention from the management team and Miss Wangst valuable assistance.
Breakfast daily delivery in our villa at our convenience.
Pool daily cleaning was good.
The bed is very comfortable with excellent bedding.
We totally enjoyed our one week stay at the villa.

The room was ok and big. But it's a bit old, and it was developed a long time ago. The quilt cover is probably not changed often, it is very itchy, it is recommended to bring a bed sheet, there are big rats on the railing outside the door🥶 so I dare not go into the swimming pool, it is good to take pictures.

這裡是個別墅區 離海邊很近 海邊人不多 海水很乾凈 拍照很出片 入住前管家會提前聯繫問了我們有沒有房型要求，有沒有長者小孩， 入住很順利 前台聽説有長者還給免費升級了房型 入住這幾天天氣也非常適宜，非常好的入住體驗，過年考慮嘗試它們家獨棟別墅， 祝生意興隆

自駕過來的 入住提前打電話聯繫 幫我們提前報備車牌 快到了管家會出來接我們入住 酒店離海邊很近 園區裏配備了健身房 超市 酒吧 有中餐西餐也可以訂外賣周邊有市場 早市 夜市 周邊遊玩還有分界州島 猴島很適合自駕黨 ，管家還會發一些攻略，簡直太貼心了

是在分界洲玩就近訂的酒店，對比了很多家這裏真的是性價比很高，在香水灣1號的別墅區裏面，值得説的是這裏麪的海是園區裏私有的海灘，很乾凈人不多，比其他地方真的強太多了，入住之前管家會提前聯繫給定位報備車牌門口接送，服務很好，會推薦吃的地方也會推薦周邊景點，面面俱到，住的地方很安靜設施也很好，有咖啡有洗衣房有室內泳池小童室外泳池有露台，到處都是椰樹，真的度假放鬆放空自己很舒服!推薦，以後一定會再來!

住的位置是在別墅區裏園區特別大，不過管家服務非常到位，入住前會電話聯繫拉一個服務羣 發送定位和指示地圖指引視頻，到了會到門口來接我們入園。上下樓梯都是幫忙提行李~ 園區每一個地方都很出片 有草坪有沙灘有泳池有健身區 ，吃飯有中餐也有西餐點外賣也方便。總體來説對比周邊真的性價比太高了！衞生也做的特別乾淨 整個風格是極簡的白色主題沖浪風格，很喜歡很放鬆，有機會還會再來的！

這房子是香水灣一號裏，一幢別墅改成的民宿。訂的家庭複式房，實際上在-1樓，床鋪在一樓。衞生間和廁所用低檔玻璃從原户型隔出來，有濃濃出租房的感覺，房間設施不全，比如沒有辦公桌。因有小孩，加床給的是摺疊躺椅，搖搖晃晃沒法睡，最後睡在底下房間的角落，既有蚊子潮濕不説，望着上面的採光井，很有坐牢的感覺。這套別墅中間有個很小的室內泳池，水臟很久沒換過沒法玩水。電梯屬於家用別墅電梯，很窄衹能站3-4個人。
整個香水灣一號很大的別墅區，很多被開發成商用民宿了，還有不少空置房。直接導航沒法導到這棟樓的，打電話給商家，接待員會騎電瓶車來接，沒有吃飯的餐廳，衹能點外賣。早餐25/人倒也不貴，非自助餐，是店家準備的粥和雞蛋以及花捲。
