廁所風扇不轉，廁所的臭味會傳到房間裏瀰漫。
床正頭頂的位置沒有燈，衹有旁邊有燈，整個房間顯得很暗。
牆貼的塑料牆紙材料讓人有健康憂慮。
廁所裏的毛巾有一股很大的煙味。對客房裡的衞生有憂慮。打電話讓前台提供新的毛巾來了。
空調的遙控器無法使用。想打開空調的輔熱也無法做到，因為遙控器根本無法開啟空調。
洗澡體驗很差。熱水有，但水壓過小，熱水很久才熱起來，而且等了很久都感覺衹是温温的水。洗澡體驗不好。
跟前台反饋洗澡的問題，派來一個工作人員，調整了水壓和水温，但是這個工作人員在等我洗完澡，因為他要在我洗完澡後，把設備調回去。對酒店的硬件條件有憂慮。
沒有洗衣機，衹能房間裏自己手洗衣服。
牆角堆積的灰塵，像是裝修留下的，也沒有清理。對酒店的管理是否用心有顧慮。
房間沒有提供瓶裝水，衹有水壺，需要自己煮水。
整體體驗不好，感覺是負面的不開心的入住體驗，影響出行的心情。

衞生可以電視能看，空調好用，房間也不小，每天都打掃衞生，可以洗衣服有個小陽台可以晾衣服很方便，旁邊就是海南人家，飯店也不少，周邊葯店一心堂比較方便的。

火車站公交或打車到這家賓館
火車站23路直達清水灣遊客中心，可掃單車到燈塔，海灘，打車到龍頭嶺看看全景
不得不説，這邊也太落後了，打車繞路，公交上車掃一遍，下車又要掃，又沒有聲音提示，瓊海直接上車就可以分段付費
有電梯，空調、淋浴很足，周邊很多吃的，附近北斗社區可以核酸

硬件雖然有點年代感，但衞生還不錯，床上用品也很乾凈，沒有污漬，因為擔心臨街吵，前台免費升級調整，應急所需，沒有太高需要，但滿足要求，超出預期吧
