戶外的桌椅和傘建議定期維護，塵多影響使用。
淋浴水壓極低，熱不起來，正式入冬還這樣，要凍壞人。
一進房就關好所有窗戶防蚊網，但這黑貓不知道怎麼進來翻垃圾桶，如果深夜上廁後遇上真會嚇一跳。
其他不過不失，中規中矩。

非常非常滿意，也強烈推薦，去了這麼多温泉酒店，這個地方是唯一一個面積這麼大的温泉獨棟，我們幾個人還在院子裏面火鍋，簡直不要太美了，院子也特別大，特別寬敞，還有陽光，非常好，温泉也很美，以後還會來的，安利給大家

第二次入住了，房子空間比較大，院子裏可以烤肉，服務都很熱情，私湯比較隱蔽，環境很不錯，親子遊玩比較推薦。

這次入住比上次感覺差多了。
首先衞生打掃不徹底，不知道哪一户留下的葡萄和污垢還在水池。其次洗澡的手持花灑都是壞的，一點水都沒有。大的花灑勉強能用，水也很小，體驗不太好。洗手池也是漏水的，洗了個手，滿地都是污水。
但是服務依舊很不錯，我們需要的東西也第一時間提供，早餐很豐盛。

沒發現袁家村還有性價比這麼好的民宿酒店，中式高端紅木傢俱，衞生太好了，還贈私湯，樓下茶樓拿鑰匙牌就給送茶水，大姐服務太好了，送的東西太多了，連早餐都給送房間，樓下就是小吃一條街，太哇塞了，值得推薦！
