Fantastic pousada with great views of the ocean! Quiet location, out of the way of most island traffic. There are only a few suites so it feels very exclusive. Included breakfast was a huge spread. It is a bit far from the center of town, but for nights when you don't want to drive in they have a small restaurant with reasonable prices. Nearest beach is about a 10-min drive away, as is the Bonete trail.

Exellent hotel. Upon arrival there was a reasonable wait for service. The place is amazing, unfortunately we didn't have the option to choose the room option (among the 3 available, master suite). The experience was very good, place with incredible view, breakfast very complete and with good quality. Useful areas are well maintained and clean, staff available until 11pm, this was very good.

Friendly hostel staff. Despite having several guests, the place is quiet and spacious. Highlight for the view, harmony with nature, toucans, parrots, beautiful blue birds all day long. It was to relax and enjoy. Perfect for two.

The inn is very beautiful and is located in a very special place.
It needs a little more zeal. Some lights burned out, the hot tub wasn't working, a broken balcony chair... and a little more janitorial work at the hotel in general.
Very good breakfast.

The hotel is really beautiful, incredible views of the sea and the forest, as well as the waterfall. But unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay as we expected, lots and lots of blackflies in the hotel. Be sure to take repellent and abuse it when using it, from the day you arrive until the time you leave. We suffered the first few days, I think the hotel could have warned us about this, but luckily we literally felt it on our skin. Another point that could be better, the pool. It's beautiful, clean, but soooooo cold, that's because we still get the sun every day, and we still can't use it ..
