One of the worst places I have ever stayed and this is taking into account the cheap price. The photos made it look good but it really wasn't. Nothing was right. Toilet seat was loose. Shower was fine for very small people. Bed was not flat. TV remote control needs fixing.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in our stay at the Lisbon Inn Bica suites… 1) when we booked in May, they stated we could drop off our luggage before check in and even went as far as to say they may have a room ready for us… this week, they told us they could only take out luggage at check-in time at 2pm or leave our bags unattended in a hallway as they no longer have a front desk. 2) Google and multiple travel websites led us to believe there was a breakfast… there was not. 3) The air conditioning only blew out hot air. And they must know about the malfunctioning AC as we found 2 fans in the room that we had to use to get any sleep, it was hot in the room and they only provided us with a thick blanket, no thin sheet. 4) The booking said we’d get a room, turned out to be a tiny appartement, right off a busy walkway with lots of people at all hours of the day and night. The vents in the door let all the noise in and kept us awake. 5) probably the worst thing of all… Cockroaches (we managed to kill one and send pictures to booking .com who we booked through) we later found pest control devices under the bed, which leads me to believe cockroaches is a known problem.

Abbiamo alloggiato all’ultimo piano nella Romantic Suite, nonostante la struttura un po’ datata e le tante scale ripide, abbiamo trovato la stanza veramente carina. L’unica pecca è l’insonorizzazione, trovandosi in una zona dove ci sono molti locali si può sentire qualche rumore (noi invece siamo stati piuttosto fortunati, in settimana si è abbastanza tranquilli!) La posizione dell’alloggio è eccellente, si arriva a piedi quasi dappertutto. I padroni di casa Maria e Joao sono molto carini e disponibili.

Ottimo hotel. Centrale ma in una via decentrata e tranquilla. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi ogni quartiere della città! Ottima colazione varia e con prodotti dolci e salati. La saletta della colazione aperta per una pausa anche durante il giorno. Massima disponibilità da parte del personale.

Pffff te venden una cosa y te dan otra. La habitación es para gente que mida 1,30. El colchón es incómodo pase las dos peores noches de mi vida, para llegar a la habitación fue una odisea por que no nos indicaron correctamente y tuvimos que ir habitación por habitación buscando la nuestra, incluso me dieron un código de una habitación que no era la mía y fue desagradable. Fatal pero fatal.. Ahhhhh y si reservas aquí la habitación pues ten en cuenta que debes llevar una maleta pequeña por que de lo contrario subir eso tan empinado es imposible.
