Stayed for the weekend and we were greeted by Faye (who was incredible) she sorted us out and was so helpful and made it very special

Fantastic location.
Faye upgraded our room my son was over the moon with the facilities.
Faye was manager but also front of house.
Faye ordered our taxi straight to Anfield, Faye also gave us the local taxi number.
The room we had the skyliner had a massive bath that needed filling but only by members of staff. I rang at 00:00 and they filled it for our arrival back at the hotel.
Plenty of towels.
Would definitely recommend to families, singles and couples.

Was amazing and spacious, looked exactly like the photos and was in a great location. The price was amazing for just me and my two friends. Hens and stags alot of people would fit into these rooms

The hotel facilities, friendliness of the staff, and proximity to nearby tourist attractions and public transportation were convenient and good, but I experienced some inconvenience due to loud music noise from the bar on the first floor until late at night.

Great price and facilities. Very much a hotel suited to the lively part of the city. Didn’t bother me but wouldn’t suit everyone!
