We stayed here 27th April we cannot thank the staff enough especially katie and her team they made us feel welcome the room was amazing and the food was delicious... We really appreciate everything you done for us throughout our stay we cant wait to return. X

Overall a great experience. My only complaint is the quality of the coffee. An automated coffee machine wouldn’t impress even the instant coffee drinkers of this world! (Maybe it would) But as a self proclaimed coffee snob this didn’t impress me. Staff, facilities, location ~ outstanding just go to Pret-A-Manger for your morning brew!

From being greeted by Billy the concierge outside and greeted with a Liverpool run and hot melted chocolate in a cricket shirt “glass’ and then taken up to the suite we were staying in, to Ellie serving us breakfast every morning, the whole stay was second to none. I cannot fault any of the staff, receptionists, concierges, bar staff and breakfast staff to the simple knock on the door at tea time with a lady from housekeeping asking if we needed the bed turned down that night. We were informed on check out that we were the first people to stay in the suites and e had the whole balcony to ourselves, with sofa, 2 chairs and a table. We were also told that the hotel had only been open 8 weeks! I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bed is so comfortable and only needed one pillow as they were huge and soft. In only small though so had to jump onto the bed and shuffle under the duvet. I would definitely start here again. Perfect!!!!

Visited for one night for my fiancés birthday, Loved this hotel! Rooms were beautifully decorated and modern & spotless, the shower was the best shower I’ve had! and all the staff were so helpful and smiley, wish we could of stayed longer, will definitely visit again 😊

We stayed at this lovely new hotel for a stag do. Location for night life was brilliant. Close to bars and takeaways. The room was very good, breakfast was cooked to order with unlimited tea coffee and even Prosecco and orange. the service from everyone was amazing. Could rate any higher.

From the warm welcome upon checking in to the entire stay was exceptional. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying this wonderful new hotel. Only opened last month. Very modern hotel right near the centre. Fabulous breakfast , lovely bar area, good menu and choice of drinks. Visited the gym which is very well equipped and everywhere is spotless. Parked at Q parks and get 20 per cent discount this needs to be pre booked to get the discount which reception will give you the code. We will definitely be coming back to the Halyard. Nothing could be faulted.

Lovely, newly opened hotel. Room was compact but really well designed and executed. Comfortable bed, great shower. And the final thing that’s sets this hotel apart from others: the staff! So warm and welcoming, taking an interest in every guest!

This is a fantastic hotel! It was clean, quiet, and the staff were wonderful! It is in a great location for walking to restaurants and city sights. We took the bus from Manchester and the hotel is within a fairly easy walking distance of the bus station. We got breakfast with our room and it was delicious. Breakfast includes a continental breakfast, as well as a few hot options that are included in the price, including a full English breakfast. Next time I'm in Liverpool, I will stay there again.
