Everything was clean and comfortable, we have stayed many times and are always satisfied. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and the location is great

We stayed here based on a recommendation from a friend. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was fabulous. Absolutely spotless and very well equipped. We paid extra for parking which was good value and easy to find. Check in and out process was very straightforward and check-in staff were very friendly. If I was being nit picky, the only thing I could suggest for improvement would be a couple more hooks in the bathroom to provide additional places to hang towels to dry. However, this is just minor and I would recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to stay in Liverpool city centre

The place is well situated and well decorated/stocked. Its comfortable and quieter than you'd think - in fact its very quiet in the most part and I'd have no reservations about staying again...other than the one exception! The sofas. The do not function as an actual seat. They look nice....but after a couple of days the lack of comfort and support is very telling. Ther back is hard, with no cushioning. The base is overly soft, it sinks and has no support ...so after a few hours you just dont want to sit on them and you back hurts. The rest of the experience deserves better sofas! Would be 5* for many factors if not for the discomfort of sitting down.

We turned up, got our key, went to the room and it was obviously being redecorated and uninhabitable. The receptionist was helpful but couldn’t help much but tried. No other rooms available . Eventually she found that someone forgot to mark the room as unavailable and she waited for a manager. Ok mistakes happen. We understand that. The manager rang and that’s when it went bad. He insisted Experian had told us they’d booked us elsewhere (they hadn’t) and they told us not to come refusing to acknowledge that we had an email from Cove the day before confirming our booking. Eventually we had to leave as available rooms at other places were vanishing fast. We’ve had to battle them for a refund and are still waiting

Great to be back at our favourite apartment in paradise street. Had to cancel twice because of my wife’s operation but finally got there. The staff were very understanding and very helpful. Nice to meet everyone again and hope to visit later in the year. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for great accommodation in the heart of Liverpool one. So many choices for food and drinks.🥂👌

We arrived late at about 9 pm on Thursday April 4th, checked in, got our key, went to room 402 to find the corridor was blocked with building supplies. Went back to reception, waited ages for the manager to respond , eventually we were told they were fully booked and that the apartment should never have been advertised. The fault was not theirs and ******* should have rebooked us alternative accommodation. They are now refusing to give us a refund !

This hotel is located right in the shopping area of Liverpool within walking distance to the Mersey, the train station of Liverpool, and all key tourist attractions. Nevertheless, it is absolutely quiet: no noise from the City, no noise from streets. The hotel is VERY clean and the staff is VERY friendly. The furniture is quite new as are all appliances and accommodations. There's one small drawback: the closet space and generally the space to store things is quite limited. Nevertheless, this factor isn't crucial and does not influence our overall experience. We would come back at any time!!!

Our one-bed apartment with a sofa-bed in the living room provided a wonderful base for exploring Liverpool on foot. A nice, modern and warm design of the quiet flat with a good view from the the 9th floor contributed to a pleasant stay. Friendly 24-hr reception staff was a bonus, too. However, the bed-sofa turned out to be very uncomfortable for an adult person of normal or tall statue; it should not have been advertsed as suitable for an adult but only for a child.

We stayed here for st Patricks weekend for 3 nights. We were a family group, 6 adults. The location is excellent, close to everything but not in the crazy pub area. The apartment was really lovely, spotlessly clean. They provide tea, coffee etc too which is v handy. Reception staff are lovely. Would highly recommend these apartments
