We stayed for a week in Feb visiting the Shakespeare North Theatre - we had a large comfortable room , nothing was too much trouble extra chair in the room new towels more tea etc . We came in late every night and the bar staff were so friendly and welcoming - making sure that we were able to have last orders and giving us extra time to finish without hurrying us out- for which we were very grateful ! Excellent breakfast and extra fast service at dinner as we needed to get back to the theatre on time. Particular mention for Frankie and Ellie for their friendliness , kindness and excellent Scouse humour!

Booked in June last year, 2 nights to go to the Grand National. Just last night got a Cancellation notification! No reason, no offer to transfer the booking to another hotel in the chain. Called the Reservations team, passed to the Front Desk, phone answered - Asked why my room had been cancelled, and they just put the phone down on me!!!!!!!! Now having to pay twice the price elsewhere due to the short notice. DISGRACEFUL customer service Crown Plaza
Sefton Park Hotel

We booked a two night stay in a Liverpool city centre hotel but we’re transferred to this sister hotel because of problems with the original hotel. The staff at Sefton Park could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We had a complimentary drink on arrival, they added breakfast and paid for a couple of taxi trips into town for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a lovely setting in Sefton Park and is clean and nicely decorated. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Hampton by Hilton Liverpool/John Lennon Airport

We stayed here for a night after our flight into Liverpool airport, at the end of our holiday. The hotel is located over the road from the terminal building and alongside the long term airport parking. We were tired and just wanted somewhere to have a good rest before driving home. We enjoyed sitting in the bar lounge, and shared a great quality pizza here. Our room was comfortable and had an airport view. We had a good night’s sleep and felt refreshed the next morning. The hotel also offers a free buffet breakfast. We found this to be a little chaotic, but it was still a nice bonus to have. Overall, we recommend this hotel and will return when we next use this airport.

Visiting friends in Liverpool and booked in fir three nights. What a wonderful welcome we received from the amazing Morgan at reception. She was so friendly and attentive during our stay. At dinner we were attended to by Lewis and Margaret. Again both were great and so attentive. All three mentioned are great ambassadors for the company. Will be back for sure.
