住在8樓，熱水放了十幾分鍾才來不説。空調真是無語了，換了房間最後發現都是這樣，製冷效果太差，孩子熱的睡不着，最後衹能讓送了電風扇睡了一晚。服務不錯，但是設備太……

很多年的店了，住了好幾回，到冬天去住可能真的不太合適。空調打不熱，也許是房間太大，熱水温度不夠洗個澡，不知道為什麼。周圍已經有別的同價位酒店甚至更低價的優質酒店了。感覺自己以後都不會再去選擇金馬國際。不知道老闆是什麼打算，不改進的話。真的，生意會越來越差。

房間很不錯挺好，我定的套房。300出頭的價格可以説是超值了。衞生，面積，便捷程度都不錯，衞浴硬件設施也很好，淋浴水量充沛。停車非常方便，停車場很大。説幾個不足的地方：
1. 床頭插座少，且沒有usb直充接口。
2. 房間內沒有準備驅蚊液，現在已經有蚊子了。
3. 空調聲音大。
4.沒有早餐，好在附近就有很多吃飯的地方，也算方便。

真的很差，前台沒有服務，一張臉板着跟欠他多少錢一樣，房間備品也不行，下水道也堵，洗個澡還要擔心水漫出來，反正不推薦。

入住體驗非常差，先是豪華標間停電，被要求換普通標間，也不提供解決方案，後又發現洗澡沒有熱水，88歲長者洗冷水澡是什麼感受，反應了情況，也沒有當場解決，再就是還沒離店，就電話通知客人賠償200元，説是床單有血跡。冰冷的服務，接連的傷害，這樣的酒店，下次還敢入住嗎？
