Lommel Hotels with Airport pickup service

We had a renewed premium Bungalow. He was clean and clean and there was everything you needed. The only manko was that the doorstep of the toilet always went off. The center with the Aqua Mundo was very maintained and clean. The volume in Aqua Mundo was extremely noisy, which is not in other parks. The slopes and the wild waterway were super! The Discovery Bay is very nice for children and there was all clean and maintained. All staff in the whole park were very friendly and very effortless except for a service in the firego. We had dinner in Nonna's, Grand Cafe, Discovery Bay, swimming pool and firego and it has always tasted very delicious! What missed us last night was the fire service. We were given a table that was in the passage and our request for another table was rejected on the ground that all tables would be placed. That was not the case! During the entire 1.5 hours we spent there, there were enough other tables free. Of course we could have gone back immediately, but on steak and unlimited saving ribs last night we were very happy and stayed. The service we have received has no longer been able to take care of our refused wishes! She has not asked whether we want to have saving ribs or drinks. Our attempts to speak to her, ignored her and we spoke to another servant. We found it unshameless and we were very angry about it! We found the kids safari beautifully. That made the children a lot of fun! Also the children's disco was very nice! What we missed in the park is that there is not, as in other parks, a game world for children. The Discovery Bay is nice, but no replacement for it. But all in all it was, except for the experience in the fire, a nice stay!

Location was great; beautiful at the edge of Lommel. Breakfast top; enough choice. Although it was strange that was said up to 10.00 hour and 10.30 hour was everywhere. Parking garage is handy and great that you could still stand after checkout. Rooms deserve attention; not entirely flawless and maintenance can be better. Then it is just less smooth and the ratio quality/price is also better.

Terrible experience, we ended up abandoning our stay and went somewhere else for our last night. 1. The air conditioning did not work at all in the first room. The air conditioning did not work consistently in the second room. 2. The shower struggled to drain in the first room. 3. The towels were not replaced after being removed from the first room after our first night. 4. The floors of both rooms were not hoovered when they were cleaned by house keeping and the rooms were generally filthy. 5. There was no TV in the second room. 6. The balconies were both untidy. 7. The bowls of the toilets in both rooms (and the foyer) were brown and grimey. 8. The shower and bathroom situation is unacceptable. A twin room is usually for two individuals and the shower/bathroom allowed for no privacy. 9. A member of staff woke us up at 3am on the last night and let himself in to my room. 10. The beds were barely made by house keeping.
