Premier Inn London Paddington (Paddington Basin)

Experience of hotel ruined by staff from hotel in fight outside. Which are young children witnessed & we’re terrified about. We have raised these concerns through premier inn complaints. We did not raise with the hotel at the time as we’re unsure the identity but the staff know who they were & this behaviour was absolutely unacceptable especially as we were unable to get in the hotel and had to run around a corner to protect our children. The staff member then were sat on reception like nothing had happened. Our children were then terrified these two/three (the third man ran off) were in the hotel we were staying in. These men were in premier inn uniform and should be ashamed of that behaviour.

Maybe the best Premier Inn I ever stayed in. New hotel near Paddington, great views from high floors (up to 19th) and super restaurant with staff to boot - well to Tyrone, great service thank you………………………………………………………………………,,……………..!!!!

My wife and I have stayed several times is this hotel now. The location is great, within walking distance of both London Paddington (main line and underground) and Edgware Road (underground) stations. The room was of a very good standard. We chose the Premier Plus room on this occasion as it included better wifi, an iron/ironing board and a mini fridge. A Nespresso coffee machine was included too, but only two capsule types are provided (bring or buy your own!). We did have one cooked breakfast and also an evening meal. The breakfast was good but has been better on previous visits. The evening meal was very good - far better than I'd expect from a typical hotel restaurant. We are both happy to stay here again!
