Premier Inn London Paddington (Paddington Basin)

High expectations I was generally a Premier Inn product is very good. Some reception stuff disinterested, Would not even acknowledge you. Accessible Bathroom not great, not position, broken toilet, Shower for water pressure. Toilet tissue and handset not restocked during 10 day visit despite repeated requests. Not particularly comfortable or adjustable. Room dusty and generally uncared for.

Best find for a short stay in London. The room was lovely and clean. Bed comfy and the location was superb. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. What a find!

The location was spot on. The reception team were first class! So friendly and helpful! Breakfast was really good! Our room was great! We will definitely return again. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located and easy to find. Reception staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Bed and room were comfy. Only downside is that Wifi was very slow/ patchy, and 4/5G was equally weak all round the hotel.

Usual Premier Inn quality and value for money. Slightly easier to find walking from Edgware Road tube station than from Paddington. Extra shout out for the breakfast room staff lady who found and returned my cardigan to me. Safe and quiet. Plenty of places to eat around Paddington area.

This hotel is very convenient for Paddington Station and Edgware Road Tube. I had a Premier Plus room on the 14th floor. All good and as you would expect for a Premier Inn except for the scalding hot water in the shower which I couldn’t turn down.

It was a short trip to London to visit family and so proximity to Paddington station was preferred as i was using the Heathrow express. All aspects of this hotel met / exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, had all i needed and it was the quietest room I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend.

On the day of check-out, we politely inquired if it was possible to have a late check-out for an additional fee, as the hotel offers early check-in for a fee of (£10), and the response was no. We then inquired if there is available room to book for additional night, and the response was NO, in an inappropriate manner, without she check if there is available room (there was a rooms available on the website). Really, we felt like we were asking the receptionist for a favor and not for a service to be paid for , So I booked another hotel to escape the rudeness of the hotel staff They taught their employees to reject guest requests, but they overlooked that some requests were considered beneficial to the hotel.

Great location, clean rooms, quiet during the night, extra tea/coffee supplied upon request, friendly staff . Issue with the water. Boiling hot and couldn’t turn cold mixer tap on. Didn’t report at the time but probably would have been sorted if I had. I just added cold water from the sink taps to the bath.
