Premier Inn London Paddington (Paddington Basin)

There's no phone in the hotel room, so I had to go down to the front desk for any questions. The hotel's location is decent, with a nice surrounding area and plenty of bus routes. There's also a Tesco within a five-minute walk.

I originally booked the Premier Inn near the train station, but I accidentally booked this one instead. So I ended up dragging my luggage for another 15 minutes. Pros: 1. The price is affordable, a bit cheaper than the one by the train station, and more economical than similar hotels in the city center. 2. It's within a 10-minute walk to the metro station, but not ideal if you're lugging luggage. 3. There's a large, well-stocked supermarket nearby. A walk by the river is also pleasant. 4. The room's air conditioning was powerful, and the bed was comfortable. Cons: 1. It's still far from the train station. If convenience is a priority, definitely book the other one – it's right across the street from the metro and train station, and many day tours depart from there. 2. I stayed for several days, and there was no housekeeping service in between. I didn't know where to dispose of the trash.
