Its 2 min walk from train station. However, staff is not very helpful, when checking in.

The hotel location is superb. First time visiting London and no issue taking the public transportation and if you plan to go for tours outside of London, the coach station is around 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The receptionist, Sai was very helpful towards our endless enquiries and tried his best to make our stay a comfortable one. The view from hotel room was okay as we are busy exploring the city.

Perfect for stay

This hotel is in a great location near the Victoria coach station and we stayed in a junior suite (2 parents in a queen and 18y.o. on pullout couch). There is no train or traffic noise to speak of and we had no disturbances from the outside. They were doing some construction which started about 8 AM but since we were early risers, it really did not bother us, but I could see how it could be a problem for those who want to sleep in. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel in the mornings and it was quite good and we enjoyed it even though it was basically the same buffet everyday but they do have a la carte options. We also enjoyed having a nightcap at the bar before heading up to bed and they have a nice seating area. Some other reviewers mentioned a weird sewage smell at times that comes from the sink. We did note it intermittently, but did not really take away from our stay. There’s a great breakfast place around the corner, called giraffe and two decent pubs around the corner Victoria taps, and Warwick. There also is a pastry place as well but we cannot recall the name on the same block. All in all, we would recommend with the caveats noted above.

Great facilities (even with a weighing scale!) It was pricey though, perhaps because of its location near Victoria Station of London.

Perfect location, great amenities, shops are around, staff were very polite! We would stay again for sure!

A old Hotel, the rooms are in not that good condition and overall cleanliness is nit that good. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet choice is small and every day the same. Location is ditectly beside the train station, very easy to get to trains and underground. We have no troubles with the train sounds, but for somebody who needs it really quiet, should choose another double tree location in London.

Nice staff, location is good, walk to Big Ben not so far

On arrival told by reception restaurant was closed so had to leave hotel to look for restaurant. On return went into bar for nightcap and surprised to learn food was available there! Should have been told we could eat in the bar.

The service was very professional and friendly from all staff, from reception when we arrived, the barmen serving cocktails and the waiting staff at breakfast. The hotel was clean and the location was perfect for sightseeing or taking in a show.

Reception staff were very polite and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious; breakfast was super, nice and hot with lots of choice. Great location for getting to all the main sights. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel quite old, facilities ran old and without good maintenance. Breakfast is ok, location is very convenient for travel.

This hotel is very convenient to most of the interesting places in Manchester. The staff are also very nice and helpful to all the customers.
