Nice hotel and great location being so close to Paddington train station. Pool and breakfast were great too

The hotel is very close to Paddington Station of which you can take tube, railway & Airport Express. It just takes 8 mins walking distance from Paddington station to the hotel. The internal facilities are maintained in good condition and the staff are helpful & efficient. It's a good experience and I will definitely reserve it again when I travel to London next time.

great location , easy to get around . but the room r too small .

The service was great. We were offered a free drink because it was ourr first time. The food was great with a lot of healthy options. The housekeepers were very friendly and provided our need

the kettle is broken, and the floor in the bathroom is very slippery when taking the shower. Although the location is great, the amenities need to be upgraded.

Some hiccups during checkin. We specified in our booking that we have 2 kids. We even stated their ages. When we arrived, they said booking is only made for 2 adults. I showed them everything I have to prove my booking. They said we used a 3rd party agent to book (ie trip.com). The agent made a mistake and we should talk to them. (What???? ) But they will do me a favour and do the talking… ?? (Doing me a favour like I did sth wromg??). In the end they upgrade us to a family suite, adding that it could be for 1 night only, they may require us to move and bla bla bla….. Yes you upgraded me but so what! Your staff’s attitude is the whole problem. I used a 3rd party agent, but it’s a company you approved of. When problems arise you blame it on customer?! I gave a 2/5 for service simply bcoz of the upgrade.

Hotel room was nice and clean, staff were great too and always smiling to hotel guests. Lots of food to buy around, in just 2-3 min walk and you’ll find local Sainsbury, Itsu, Starbucks and many other shops. Paddington tube station is just 3-5 min walk by Grand Union Canal Entrance. Very accessible.

Overall excellent location, friendly and helpful manager and staff at hotel and assisted with changes to room booking promptly when requested. Easy access to city. Family friendly.

The location is convenient. Just a few minutes walking distance from Paddington Station.

The hotel is near Stop J where the national express bus to the airport stops. It is convenient if you plan to travel in and out of the city. It’s still quite a bit of a walk to the bus stop and train station, not at the door step but manageable. The security is also very tight at the hotel. Staff was very accommodating. I checked in late and checked out early. Everything went smoothly. They also gave me a cake for my birthday which was sweet. Room is generally clean. Carpet could be cleaner. Also, the room is spacious for London’s standard.

Room is small but it has everything that we need. Location is perfect and easy for us to access to to everywhere using the tube. A lot of restaurants near by as well. Would come back again!

Great option for a few days staying in central London

If you are using Paddington station for the Heathrow Express or you want a nice, well-located hotel, this is a great option. The Hotel is extremely close to Paddington and has lots of restaurants close by in Little Venice. Highly recommended
