Excellent location where underground station nearby and restaurants are available everywhere. The room is clean and generally the staff are nice and helpful. The only thing disappointed me was that my son had asked for the checkout time at the night before and the lady told him it could be made to 1:00pm. However, I just received a call from the hotel at 11:50pm that I should checkout at 12:00. I was just on my way back to hotel and I had to rush back for the checkout with an elderly.

Fab hotel- perfect location too for shopping in Regent Street and zoxfird Street, seeing top shows in wonderful theatres and such a variety of eatery places. Lovely old original pubs full of nostalgia.

The room was a bit less comfortable, but the hotel is in a convenient location. You can walk to Chinatown, Soho area and Hyde park. High tea is most conveniently located opposite F&M or the Ritz

In the center of the city center, it is walking distance from green park, buckingham palace, and Piccadilly Circus. There are many restaurants and shops around. The only thing is that the room is a bit old

Excellent central location. Clean well-maintained property. Friendly staff. Evening meals slow service, mainly caused by slow service in the evening from their kitchen (not a new problem).

Lovely hotel for our special occasion trip to London. Was made to feel special. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice.

This was a fabulous hotel. It is located in a great area ; close to many different restaurants, bakeries, stores.... Our check-in process was super easy and we even decided to extend our trip by an extra day. This hotel is within walking distance of Piccadilly Circus and has many cute shops around the street.

Decent hotel, great service. Started poor when we were given a sub standard room, when we'd paid for an upgrade ! However, this was quickly rectified and everything was first class. We were given a much better room and the weekend was lovely.

I have no complaints bar 2 things. firstly the maid tried to enter the room when it was barred. pretty forcefully and no calling out. Second I was asked about an upgrade to a penthouse and a bottle of prosecco but neither occurred and without telling me in advance. Otherwise its a great hotel made special by the wonderful staff.
