Near by subway and easy to buy food The room is not big and simple breakfast

The staff is very friendly, hotel located close to tube station with connection to Heathrow. Rooms are clean but small, ok for budget stay 1 or 2 nights or in summer bit longer. There is nice garden. I stayed single room perhaps doubles are bit larger.

The Location is good, but the the room is dirty and the light is not bright enough

Room facilities are OK, breakfast is average

The room is small enough for one person, and the transportation is convenient

It is a basic no frills place that was clean. I had no issues with anything. Bed was comfortable. Its right around the corner from the underground train. Very convenient.

Beautiful older hotel steps from the underground. Convenient for an over night layover. Comfortable beds and a great value for the price. Decor was lovely. Rooms were on the smaller side.

Male receptionist was wonderful! He was the saving grace for the whole hotel! He couldn't have more helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The rest of our experience was shocking! Never again! Our first room, the door wouldn't lock so we had to move to another room. That one was on a mezzanine floor so we didn't have a proper window. Neither room had tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was in dire need of repair and a plug in the sink! They need to relist their 'Continental' breakfast as 'tea and toast'. It was so bad that on our second morning we walked to a cafe to have a decent breakfast. It was listed at a good price until you looked at the small print and notice a Tax of an extra £49. Very sneaky.

Average place. Possibly nicer in the warmer times of the year as it has a lovely outdoor area. Very basic room and bathroom. And only instant coffee at breakfast.

Convenient due to be so close to earl court station. The bedroom is not that good, extremely tight bed and old furnitures.

For a 3 star hotel with lovely photos on its website, this was a real disappointment. It was worn, dark and shabby. Instant coffee for breakfast. The only plus is the proximity to Earl’s Court tube station and a walk to Kensington Palace. Not recommended.

It started as I was walking up the steps with plenty of the floor tiles missing, in the room the standard of décor was just poor, old poorly finished and the quality of the furniture and fitting was just poor, the window would not shut fully. The room was very hot, the radiator was turned off and was cold, the a/c unit similarly was off, I climbed on the bed to feel the ceiling but no obvious heat coming from anywhere, the carpet was grubby, the bathroom was really poor, it was dirty but it was more the poor/ grubby mouldy finishes, the paint work was overpainted or dropped on the floor. The sink “plug” was stuck in with the mechanism not working, so no water went away. Breakfast was toast, Alpen, cornflakes and two croissants, jam or marmalade, sachet coffee, juice and that was it. No restaurant in the Hotel which I arrived at around 8.30pm and had to go out for a McDonalds..

Good proximity to tube. Rooms adequate and clean. Price reasonable. Noisy and run down appearing Main Street.
