I stayed apar**ent type. The kitchen sink didn’t drain properly and the carpet in the room was dirty and stink.

We were in apar**ent which was not maintained to the expected level...
To our feeling apar**ent's guests are treated as second class guests.
Cleaning services only once a week. We had to code the door key EVERY day.

Initial impressions of the building were good and the foyer area is very impressive. The check in service was awful. Stood in a queue for 10 minutes before getting bored and going to the bar. Came back 10 minutes later and the man who was behind me was only just getting to the check in. There were only 2 persons checking everyone in and they weren't very efficient. They couldn't find my booking and so ensued a frustrating episode of them asking me to email them my booking so they could create a new booking which didn't work. They then eventually found my booking after 10 minutes of faffing. There appeared to have been work recently completed on the floor we were on and every surface including doors, walls and furnishings had a coating of dust which made the place look dirty. The room was average.

Apar**ent was not cleaned (hair in the bathroom, dust on the dressers), general condition poor.
Service not good, room service irregular, after asking reception they said that room service is only offered in apar**ents on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Bar on the ground floor: good drinks, but waiter preferred to flirt rather than serve, there was no change from the till

Hôtel bien situé.
Bel accueil.
Malheureusement impossible de faire le tour du lit. Difficile de se lever la nuit quand on est face au mur.
Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours c’est dommage quand on a un coin cuisine et quand on reste plusieurs jours.
