Great location, and friendly staff, but lacks of facilities the room is old, and the water pressure of the shower and tap is weak.

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The bus is right outside the door, and the subway and train station are very close, about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to various attractions. The London Tower is near the hotel, a 10-minute walk. The room is very clean, the only drawback is that the shower water is not adjustable.

When I checked in and entered the room, it was very cold with the air conditioner set at 16 degrees Celsius.
There was body soap and shampoo, but it was quite diluted and didn't form any bubbles. Furthermore, I had a hard time because I didn't have a rinse.
There seems to be another hotel with the same name near Tower Bridge, so be careful.

When we arrive at lunch time we was Greeted by a lovely lady on reception who I belive was the manager. The room was not ready, so we used toilets got changed and left our luggage behind reception. Later in the evening on 19.05.25, at around 7:45pm, we headed back to the hotel to check in. I originally used the self check in machines but issued me with no room key. I headed to the reception desk and a lady called Ava/Eva came. I explained that I needed a room key and we needed luggage to pick up. I'm sorry but she was so rude. The way she spoke to me was awful. I asked if the room was on a lower floor due to me having an anxiety getting in lifts, she said no its on the 5th floor and they are full so can't room change me. I said has everyone checked in and she said yes so couldn't move me. As she went and got our luggage I noticed more people entering the hotel to check in. She lied to me beacuse she couldn't be bothered to change my room type. After speaking to Ava again I told her yer again my fear of getting in lifts and I did call up after making the booking to request a lower floor She finally sorted it out for me after waiting 15min I'm reception she had to go in the back. Then when she was at rhe computer on the front she told me to move away. She is just so rude even the duty manager on shift just didn't care. Having worked for Premier Inn and DM, this has got to be the worst one for customer service I stayed in. The lady on the bar was lovely and I could tell she was getting frustrated with the DM and Ava just not helping her out or nothing. Please if your going to leave DMs by themselves running the hotel please train them in complaints and sort youe reception staff out. On top of that she allocated us a room at the front of the building and could not sleep due to the traffic all night. Yes premier inns are all the same room and spec wise but not for giving good customer service. The tube station is a 15min walk. Defo nor staying at this one again!!

A perfect location for exploring the sights around London Bridge. The room was comfortable as usual and had views over the city. The staff were very friendly and left a cake and flowers in our room for my partner's birthday which was a lovely thought.

This hotel was very good although the rooms are a bit shabby and could do with a bit of an update. The best two things about this hotel are the amazing, friendly staff and also the superb breakfasts. The hotel is around 15-20 mins walk from the Tower of London and from there you can get on a boat trip to Westminster.

Lovely friendly staff.Clean comfortable room.Excellent breakfast.Close to lots of attractions. We mentioned to the staff that it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary. When we went back to our room after a day out there was a card, chocolates, flowers and some prosecco.Such a lovely gesture. Will definitely use this premier inn again.

I've stayed at many Premier Inns and this one of the best. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful with early check-in and info on the restaurant. My room was spacious and clean. The bed wonderfully comfortable and cosy. I think Premier Inn hotels have the most comfortable beds. The restaurant was bright and modern with a good choice of meals. The scampi & chips were really nice. Breakfast was the usual buffet selection, not as varied as the buffet in other Premier Inns I stayed in but a good enough choice of cooked & continental items. Staff were very attentive about allergy and asked me 3 times if I knew about the allergens. If you want your room cleaned, you need to tell reception before 12noon. I stayed for 3 nights and didn't ask for room cleaning but asked for additional coffee pods and toilet roll which were provided quickly. The location is very handy for Tower Bridge and the Bridge Theatre, literally a 5-minute walk with a Sainsbury on the way. London Bridge station is also within walking distance. Some minor negative things are that there is no folding stand to put a suitcase on and there are not enough hangers in the bathroom for towels. Overall I've enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely return to this Premier Inn unless the prices are increased further. I think the Premier Inn hotels have hiked up their prices over the last 3 years. I find it quite expensive for a 3-star hotel.

Not the best premier inn we have been to. The restaurant has been revamped and very modern, and the breakfast was the usual standard. Our family sized bedroom was very small, not big enough to walk around the beds making it very difficult to navigate. Room not modern and in need of attention, mould in bathroom above separating wall and room smelt of damp.

After paying an extra £15 to check in early (with a very bored looking hostess), we found the room “okay”. Nothing to rave about but okay for one night. We went to the bar only to be told they had no prosecco, no passionfruit for the passionfruit martini they were advertising. They basically had very little to offer!l unless you wanted a shot of vodka or whiskey or a pint! But the worst was yet to come! We had a fabulous day in London visiting the Shard and partying. Apart from some rather loud guests at 5:30am, we enjoyed a decent sleep. The problem came when we were getting ready to leave. As I was near the door ready to leave a ceiling tile fell on my head! Fortunately apart from a slight bump / bruise I was okay. On check out I mentioned it to the person on the desk who asked if I was okay, I said how the tile had fell onto my head and the response was to apologise and hand me a card with the contact details for guest services. On my journey home I sent an email to them explaining what happened. 5 days later I got a response… Hi Kelly, Thanks for getting in touch to share your feedback from your stay at our London Tower Bridge hotel on 01/05/2025. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay due to the ceiling tile falling down. I can confirm that I have investigated this with our site team who have confirmed that the tile did fall down during your stay. Please accept my apologies for this. Unfortunately, the team also mentioned that no report of this was made to them regarding an injury, therefore, no accident report was filled out. This also unfortunately means that we will not be offering a refund for your stay. I do apologise for any further disappointment this may cause. I have shared your feedback with the Management team at the hotel, so they are aware. If you do stay with us in the future the team at our hotel are around 24 hours a day and are always happy to help with any issues, please tell them if any should arise. Thank you again for taking the time to share you experience with Premier Inn, I do hope we can welcome you back in the future. Kind Regards, At no point was I asked to fill out an accident form, so I asked for this to be looked into again. I’m now on the 5 days and have no response! I have found the whole experience to be one of the worst I have ever experienced. And will not be staying at any Premier Inn in the future.
