The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, but it would be nicer if there were a chair in the room.

Very good location and cheap price although the room is small, you have private toilet to use. And the district is quiet and safe

Amazing value for money! Was a little bit noisy as we were in the basement so we could hear people coming and going, however the bed was comfy and the customer service was great and it’s in a great location right by Earl’s Court tube station.

The worst experience ever, we couldn’t put a feet in that hotel, walls, floors, matress , just disgusting. And they did not want to give us full refund , we had to leave.

Stayed here for one night. We received a code for entrance and room. Room was clean but some obvious wear and tear marks. Toilet roll has been used. Tea,coffee and milk there but unfortunately no sugar or enough milk for more than 1 person. Had a phone call from hotel 2 hours after checking in to make sure everything was okay, we told them everything was okay apart from not having enough milk or sugar. They asked if it was okay for them to go in room and drop some off, we said okay and got excited for a cup of tea and coffee in the morning. When we got back to hotel , we found extra tea, coffee and TWO bags of milk and TWO sugars. Which again wasn’t enough as the milk bags are only small and i need two sugars just for one cup of tea Apart from that, there was no problem. I wouldn’t stay here for longer than two nights tho just because i would want it to me nicer for a longer stay.

The worst experience for me in a hotel ( and I travel frequently for professional meetings ). The room was cleaned just one time in a week with banal reasons. There is lack of staff in the hotel , the check in is entirely self service , nobody is present at the hotel , with the exception of private security guard.

I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it. The room was very small and dirty - stains on the walls and curtains, the mattress was disgusting and there was black fluff all over the carpets. The sheets and towels were ok but the room had an unpleasant smell. The positives were that this is a great location, quick walk to underground and Tesco on the end of the road. But the road is noisy, and the upstairs rooms were so noisy we struggled to sleep.

The stay was ok. The room was quite dirty, very basic. Definitely not like the pictures on website. Requested to check our bags in early due to check in to the room being 3pm but no one present to take our bags
