I stayed at this hotel on my way to skiing in the Alps and was very satisfied. Very new and clean, the front desk service is good, and the breakfast is also good.

Let me start by saying that the reception and service staff were lovely and helpful. What follows isn't their fault at all. The problems were obviously caused by management rushing the opening of this hotel before it was ready, and by cutting corners to save money. There were boot prints all over the bathroom floors in both rooms my family and I stayed in (which we were told were the result of the construction workers not having cleaned up properly and the cleaning staff couldn't remove them). Clearly some sort of solvent is needed. How this work was signed off as acceptable and finished is astonishing. The pool, sauna and other spa facilities were not open, despite there being no indication of this on the website... but the in-room TV kept proudly advertising them. There was no room at the restaurant for dinner--and this in a part of Dijon that is essentially one big construction zone, so there wasn't much opportunity to go elsewhere. Exterior landscaping was unfinished. The walls and ceilings were so badly insulated, you could hear everyone in rooms around you. There were only paper cups in the rooms... no glasses or teacups. No towel rails in the bathroom. The only power point in the bathroom was for a shaver, nothing to fit a hairdryer. Appalling lighting in the bathroom--I suspect that whoever designed it has never put on make-up in front of a mirror. On this trip we'd previously stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bern, Switzerland, and it was excellent--it's hard to believe it's run by the same people.

Hotel was excellent. Only one issue and that is there is nothing nearby the hotel. At least a good 10 minutes of driving required to get into the main parts of the city.

Seemed brand new. Helpful staff and very clean rooms. Bar was nice - perfect for a stop over travelling to or from the south of France from the UK.

Staff was very friendly and so helpful. We had an excellent stay. The bedroom was more than adequate. We are very pleased with our stay and hope to come back one day

The hotel is new and placed in an industrial areas with the downside long distanc oe to centrum. Also, a lot of children on this hotel, so a bit noisy and almost impossible to get into the pool The hotel allows animals and it feels a bit strange to eat beside a dog in the restaurant - I would recommend that animals should stay at the rooms as they don't belong in a restaurant Also a question - are the rooms with dogs in special rooms as I don't think it will be a good idea to rent such room out to persons with allergies

We were there on the 2nd day after opening. Things were a little chaotic, but the staff was very kind and helpful. Everything very new and clean. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night as we were traveling. The place is clean and very well kept.
