I stayed here for 5 nights for business at the Kia Forum. [Good points] - The room was spacious. - The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, etc., so I was able to cook my own meals. With the yen being weak, I was able to save a lot on food costs. - The roomkeeper came every day. They cleaned, took out the trash, and changed towels on the day I wanted. - They gave me a free bottle when I checked in, and then I got water from the water dispenser in the breakfast area or the gym on B1. The water in the gym was very delicious. If you stay here, bring your own bottle. - The scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, yogurt, strawberry sauce, and bananas for breakfast were delicious. - You can charge your alarm clock by plugging it into a USB-C (I noticed this on the second day or so). - Close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. - Security was excellent and the surrounding area was also safe. - The staff were friendly and nice. [Bad points] - When I tried to use the shower on the first day, it was broken. In the end, the staff came the next morning to repair it, and I was able to use it after that. (I wasn't confident in my English, so I asked Trip.com to mediate and asked for the repair, and the staff came in about 10 minutes. However, I had to go out, so the repair was the next day.) - I think the breakfast was probably the same every day for the 5 nights. There may have been some changes, but it was pretty much the same. - I wish they had left a paper in the room with information such as what time breakfast was served, where the gym, pool, and restaurant were located, etc. The staff were friendly, but it was a hassle to ask every time. I think it would be good to at least write it down and put it up in the elevator. - I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to the airport on the way back. The place where I waited for the bus was outside, it was cold, and there were no benches. I made it to the plane with plenty of time to spare, but it was tough. [Overall rating] There were some problems at the beginning and end, but the atmosphere was good, with a small pool on the roof, the security was good, and the stay itself was not bad. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

A deposit of $300 is required, and the refund is extremely slow (15-20 working days) The hotel bus is on the second floor of lax, just look for the red pillar. But the red pillars are less conspicuous. The number of shuttle buses is not small. The hotel phone was difficult to reach. The problem is that there is a door in the room. When you open it, you will find that it is also a door. When you open it, it leads to the opposite room. I guess the function of this door is to expand the room, because after opening the door, I found that there was someone on the bed opposite. Everyone should be careful that if there is a door in the room that is not a room door and has a safety pin, do not open it easily, otherwise people from the opposite side may come in. The customer opposite me must have opened the door out of curiosity, but ignored him because he was blocked by a second door. It can be said to be a potential safety hazard.

There is a shuttle bus to the airport, which runs every 10-15 minutes. It is very convenient. The parking fee paid to the hotel is 45 per day, with unlimited entry and exit. The parking fee is 23 per day, and you cannot enter or exit. You have to count the entry and exit separately. The room was not soundproofed. There was a party next door at night and the hotel phone could not be reached, so we could only make outbound calls. The breakfast is average, there are many people, and the hotel seems to include breakfast. 6:30-10pm.

It's relatively quiet. There is a simple kitchen which is very convenient. There is a convenience store downstairs. The most important thing is that there is a shuttle bus and earplugs are provided.

The airport shuttle bus is very convenient, the hotel decoration is relatively new, the breakfast is acceptable, the windows are poorly soundproofed, the rooms facing the airport are constantly buzzing with planes taking off and landing, and there is a door shared with the next door in the city, and the soundproofing is also not good.

The environment and location are OK, but to be honest, it is very close to the airport and the aircraft noise is relatively loud, so light sleepers should be aware. In addition, the soft facilities of American hotels are average, the breakfast is very simple and not very delicious (basically the same in the local area), and there is no drinking water, disposable slippers, toothbrushes, etc. in the room, so you need to prepare them in advance
