I like that this hotel is boutique and service is good. I like the unique design style too. However I feel like the room is too small, and it has a wood smell in the property probably because it’s too new. The location is not very good, we had a car and can travel anywhere but it’s not that close to everywhere. In general it’s not that cost-effective but if you want this location , neighborhood it will be a big plus- other wise I will just stay in Hilton/Marriott to earn points.

I was surprised by the staff going above and beyond – my friends wanted to warm up their breakfast, and they brought a microwave to their room. I asked for slippers, and they brought them right away. The service was great!

Nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. They do charge $33 per night for parking, you can’t come and go freely as you need to wait for a staff member to open the gate. They also charge an extra $15 upon arrival which wasn’t disclosed beforehand. But the property is very well taken care of, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Very cool LA Boho vibe hotel. Conveniently located where we wanted to be near friends. The only minor complaint was that the towels did not smell clean. Smelled a little like they were just unwrapped and new but not cleaned. Great complementary Nespresso in room and in the lobby. Workout gym had all the basic items. Cute courtyard with tables.

We were going to a concert at the Elray theater for New Year’s Eve and they did a hotel to stay at that was close by since we are from out of town. I chose this one and chose right we were very happy with our stay. I was nervous at first because I’ve never stayed in a boutique hotel but it was awesome. Definitely a great experience would go back.

Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped in the door. Everything was new and clean. Lovely room and courtyard, Didn't use the pool, but looked nice. We will definitely stay there again!!

Overall a very clean hotel and friendly staff. The location was convenient for me but definitely in or on the edge of what appeared to be a sketchy area. On site secured parking is great, however having to wait for someone to come out and open the gate was not convenient. The room was a very nice size and clean, would have been nice to have a small light in the bathroom for at night.

One of the best looking and cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. View from the terrace was good but not great. Most importantly, the room and terrace were very quiet.
