We knew that there was no airco, but with the available fans the temperature was OK. Friendly man at the reception. Place is nog easy to find and the adress mentioned in the booking is nog the adress of the entrance,

We stayed here four nights. Our room was fine. Just the basics and nothing fancy, though it had a safe and a small refrigerator. There is no real view but the area is quiet. We rode our bikes into Lucca, which was about 8 km, most of it on a bike path. The breakfast is okay but the breads can be stale (my guess is that they are renewed every other day). For the price, it is a very good value. It was our cheapest stay in Italy. But don't expect much personalized service as you would get at an agriturismo, for example.

This hotel was nice, especially for the price. As a cat lover I appreciated their theme choice, however the cats who live there made the place have an odd smell. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. The room was clean and spacious, however the pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable & the bed was squeaky.

Siamo andanti per il carnevale a Viareggio con la famiglia e abbiamo deciso di alloggiare presso questa struttura perché si trova a una distanza ragionevole per visitare Lucca Pisa e poi andare al carnevale. Struttura molto carina e credo di non dire una fesseria in fase di ammodernamento , camere spaziose e ben curate, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione molto buona con prodotto dolci e salati freschi e confezionati (diciamo per tutti i gusti). Torneremo sicuramente. Se posso dare un consiglio, l’indicazione della struttura dovrebbe essere un filino più visibile Comunque bravi

Avendo ricevuto in regalo un assegno Wonnderbox, ho scelto subito Principe Calaf Tre perché mi erano piaciute le belle recensioni e la cura dei dettagli. Ho provato più volte a inviare mail per sapere se disponibile in determinata data, non mi è mai arrivata risposta. Ho provato telefonicamente e mi è stato immediatamente detto che non c'era posto, quando MOLTO gentilmente ho chiesto se almeno potevano aver risposto alla mail mi è stato risposto subito in malo modo facendomi capire che avevano il cosiddetto ... sudicio... come si dice qui!!! Complimenti bella pubblicità vi fate!!!

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per un weekend regalatoci con uno smartbox. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla gentilezza dei proprietari. Appena arrivati, ci hanno fornito una cartina di Lucca, con tutte le indicazioni utili per visitare la città. La struttura si trova in zona tranquilla, nel verde, a pochi minuti di macchina da Lucca. Ci hanno dato una "camera" composta da due stanze da letto matrimoniali con vista sul giardino, e un bel bagno, ampio con doccia e vasca. L'unico inconveniente è che queste stanze sono poste alcuni scalini più in basso rispetto all'ingresso e al bagno. D'altra parte lo stabile è sottoposto a vincoli della Sovrintendenza alle Belle Arti. Per questo motivo la struttura non dispone di aria condizionata, né di ascensore. La colazione è abbondante e molto variata, sia per i dolci che per il salato. È possibile consumarla all'interno o in giardino. La struttura dispone anche di parcheggio privato.

Trovata x caso prima telefonata e già dalla voce ho capito subito e non ho più cercato altro. A Stefano gli ho fatto un sacco di domande visto che sono andata in compagnia di mia mamma con delle serie problematiche di salute ed il mio intento è renderla felice..... Le mie sensazioni hanno avuto ragione. È anche grazie a Stefano a Brunella ed a tutto lo staff compreso il mitico cagnolino Zigghy ed il favoloso gattone Sono riusciti a renderla felice. Infatti abbiamo chiesto se era possibile rimanere una giornata in più e per fortuna sono riusciti ad accontentarci. Oltre all'ottima camera, pulizia ed alla favolosa colazione,... c'è molto di più... Quello che rende questo posto una favola sono : la loro professionalità, gentilezza, simpatia e semplicità ( percepisci subito l'amore che hanno per il proprio lavoro e che fanno di tutto per farti stare bene.) Ti senti veramente come a casa e super coccolate . Respiri aria pura immersi in una tranquillità spettacolare. Insomma....ancora GRAZIE Ci ritorneremo sicuramente🙏❤️
