離景區比較近，設施陳舊，老空調開起聲音巨大，也不怎麼制熱，房間很冷。晚上古鎮又停電，直接凍醒，覺也沒怎麼睡成。温泉倒是池子多，但是在另一棟樓，需要穿着衣服過去泡，不能穿着浴袍直接去。温泉都是露天，進了一個池子就懶得換了，換起來太冷了。

房間乾淨衞生，被子很柔軟舒適。前台服務員小鄒、李靜和王小芳主動熱情，見我們行李多主動幫我們提行李，還告訴我們三樓温泉♨️是網紅打卡點。還有門衞穿着藍色衣服頭帶八角帽很有時代感。重要的是酒店的環境和服務非常好。

酒店免費升級了有私湯的貴賓房，前台李靜服務非常周到，給我們介紹酒店温泉的位置，酒店周邊的飯店和磨西古鎮的大概情況，使我們在磨西的入住非常愉快。酒店設施齊全，環境優美，以後有機會還會去泡温泉，太舒服了。

地理位置絕佳的磨西鎮酒店。往上走5分鐘就到遊客中心。房間就能看到雪峯。還有自帶的温泉，有一個無邊温泉泳池，還有很多小湯池，泡湯看景太舒服了。
最重要的是服務很好，所有的員工都會主動問好，幫忙，管家小李有問必答，提供了很多需要的訊息。早餐廳的服務也是關懷備至，早餐的牛肉米線好吃。
有加熱的晾衣桿，非常人性化，可以晾乾泳衣，還有手洗的小衣服。
唯一美中不足是硬件稍舊。相對於新開的網紅民宿之類。

酒店的服務很好👍衞生很不錯，走到哪裡都有工作人員熱心提醒、接待。中午入住的比較遲，也熱心為我們準備了飯菜。訂的私湯房很有格調，湯池的温泉是天然泉眼引上來的，泡得很舒適。樓上樓下都可以泡澡、游泳，尤其是前台接待的小樑，從我們住店到離開都熱心提醒、問候。總之，是會再來住的酒店，推薦！

設施設備齊全，停車位很多，停車場有充電樁，房間寬敞，晚上也很安靜，温泉中心池子多，有户外也有室內的，樓頂的無邊池拍照很出片，酒店的餐廳也很棒！前台小樑的服務很熱情，幫我們解決了很多實際問題，點贊👍

房間很好，工作人員素質高，酒店環境好，早餐很好，總之都不錯。停車很方便，出酒店，前往景區遊客中心走上幾百米就可到，出酒店，兩邊飯店很多，而且去參觀磨西古鎮各小景點很是方便。

房間乾淨整潔，服務員態度非常好，需要小朋友的浴袍馬上就送過來了。温泉可以泡到10點，早上又去泡了一次，很舒服。早餐有酥油茶。
