Fantastic place, for couples and families. There are some things that need maintenance but in general was well conditioned.
The sauna was not working and we missed a cold 16-17 grad pool.
The interior place was very comfortable and the hot pools with bubbles were very relaxing.

1.温泉現場安全員醉酒上班和服務態度極差，用惡劣的態度對待小朋友;2.安全員無證上崗;3.泳池淺水池與深水池達不到標準；4.淺水區達不到水深，小朋友遊不起來，故進入深水區,與現場另一安全員溝通可以下深水區，深水區水深0.8m高，在家長一再擔保且願意簽署酒店免責書，小朋友在現場出現任何安全問題，不會找温泉酒店的責任，現場安全員極其霸道説在這裏什麼都要聽他的;就是不給下；但我們在遊之前及之後都給予其他小朋友下達不到水深的深水池;區別對待顧客4 .出現問題現場無人能處理解決;5.當天酒店無冷水，故晚上沒辦法洗漱，沖廁所，當晚打了幾個電話，各種理由，一會全鎮停水，一會管道破裂，小朋友洗澡洗一半，當時溝通無任何解決辦法，第二天溝通説五層水壓不穩 ，故無冷水，那酒店未進到入住提前告知，若提前告知我們可以選擇住不住或者換房間，但酒店未提前告知，故對消費者有欺瞞行為，兩天住宿被迫提前結束 ，服務態度極差再出現問題無法及時解決，衞生也很差，洗臉盆上堵塞漏水上還有很多頭髮。

【温泉湯池】整體還是不錯的。房間有特色，也不小。正好中秋前夕，服務員還敲門送了月餅，祝節日快樂。前台很忙，還是很利索的。能看出來疫情影響了整個廬江的温泉服務業。金孔雀和國軒門口都沒見什麼人，更別説再小一點的旅店了，都沒看見有房間亮燈，這可是中秋假期啊。衹有一號泉和旁邊酒店燈還很亮堂，相對更新一些。居然還看到放煙花了。

週一休息，週日下午左思右想無處可去，臨時決定去湯池，網訂了房間，到地方一下驚艷到了。環境優雅，房間更是棒棒噠。好好泡泡温泉，美美睡一覺，今天不是公司有事，還要住一天。另外説一下的是裏面除了環境優美，房間清雅外，餐飲也是超級喜歡😍

首先，距離合肥很近，不會舟車勞頓。其次，酒店很大，有泳池有温泉，有室內也有室外，可以滿足不同天氣的不同需求。服務人員很熱情，配套的餐廳也很不錯，物美價廉！訂的木屋，有私湯，孩子們玩的很開心。總之，一次完美的入住體驗！已經推薦給親友！

超級差的體驗，私湯，一進屋映入眼簾就像白色小便池，池子底部發黃極其噁心根本就不想泡。公共泡湯服務人員態度極差，諮詢電話酒店前台泡池前台前後沒有一人告訴我們準確的營業時間，導致好幾百公里到了説已經開始放水不讓我們進了。很差的體驗對不起這價格不會再來！

房間地板刷的漆味很大，一夜開窗睡還是刺鼻氣味。帶小孩住這樣的房間心驚膽戰。服務員説一個月前刷的漆。酒店一樓廬州府菜價高的離譜也就罷了，端上來一份温的湯裏赫然出現一節銀白色鋼絲。。。。應該來自洗碗的鋼絲球。不會再來了。
