我們一起住了4天，有個同學感冒了，他們打掃房間時候看到葯了就很貼心的燒了水，看到買了水果沒切，就放了一把水果刀，超級貼心！！這房間洗澡也很舒服，窗簾電視啥的都能語音控制，很智能化。總之大大超出我的預期了，還有就是去哪兒都方便，在洛陽交通天天打車也沒花多少錢。下次還會再住的！！！

酒店在西工區，靠近小街天府，四星級酒店，服務給人的感覺就像洛陽這座城市，熱情又實在，每天阿姨會及時打掃和補充一次性用品還送酸奶。
前台016和005也非常熱情。有報了老君山跟團一日遊的朋友，強烈推薦這家酒店，下樓就能上旅遊車。

酒店屬於商務類型的，細節比較好服務很周到，雖然看起來比較老舊了但是還是很舒服，床墊枕頭都不錯，離市區和各種遊玩地方都很近，停車場車位有點不夠，就住的最後一天十一點還沒醒就聽到樓下不知道什麼活動特別吵，關窗户都很吵，不過住的還是很舒服的

設施、衞生、環境都很好。感覺最好的還是酒店的服務。小孩因為乾燥等流鼻血把被罩枕套也弄臟了，客房服務人員——小滿不僅更換了被罩枕套，幫我們燒了開水，而且留了便箋提醒多喝水，提供了遊玩訊息，還畫了好看的荷包牡丹～另外，前台001、008、013號服務人員也很熱情認真。酒店的地理位置也很好哦，周邊景點交通都很方便！

住宿很滿意，給升級了零壓房，床墊對脊椎好。還送了酸奶、書簽。窗簾和燈光都是智能控制，卧室、衞生巾空間寬敞。因為報團去老君山，出發點是航空城酒店，住宿後發現，酒店地理位置很好，去哪都很方便。

酒店位置很好，位於周王城廣場附近，距離地鐵站大概七八百米的距離，交通較為便利；酒店內部環境與衞生較為整潔，有老星級酒店的底藴，服務很細緻，能注意到客人的需求；智能語音控制很有意思，操作起來很方便；着重表揚一下007與011號服務人員，態度很好。有一點需要提升，是淋浴水流較小，希望能改進。

停車方便，智能化設施，刷臉開門，小度控全屋。離西工小街不遠，走路可以過去。酒店往南一個小巷子有三家店，牛肉湯羊肉湯驢肉湯，吃早餐不錯。
