Aplicativo Trip.com engana as pessoas oferecendo uma reserva em suítes de luxo com hidromassagem e quando chega no hotel , coloca no quarto standard. Quarto horrível . Então irei processar o aplicativo e hotel . Não teve retratação .

O hotel queria cobrar novamente, eu já havia pago no ato da reserva online. A reserva era de um quarto com cama de casal mas me colocaram em um quarto com camas de solteiro.
O banheiro não possui ventilação.

Estadia excelente, quartos limpos e novos, uma Boa Vista, elevem panorâmico, tudo que um bom hotel pede, sem contr com um farto café da manhã, e o atendimento da funcionária Roziele foi sensacional! Com certeza colaboradores como ela, nos fazem se sentir acolhidos e em casa!

Já me hospedei aqui antes e as experiências anteriores foram ótimas, e por isso decidi desta vez optar pelo melhor quarto disponível, e me decepcionei muito. A acomodação estava largada às traças, sem cobertas, toalhas e tapetes. A qualidade caiu muito pelo visto. A única coisa que salvou a nota 3 foi a alimentação. O restaurante continua maravilhoso, muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso.

Essa foi a minha segunda hospedagem nesse hotel maravilhoso! Ainda que tenhamos vivenciado “alguns imprevistos referente à tamanho do quarto, TV inoperante e problemas no ramal” , em todos recebemos um excelente atendimento e suporte técnicos . Não podemos deixar de citar alguns funcionários incríveis que se destacam nessa equipe “ top 10” . O Jeferson, esse sorriso e cordialidade desse rapaz são imbatíveis! Obrigada!
