Absolutely loved it and very satisfied! This time, I stayed one night at Grand Lisboa Palace and one night at Studio City Celebrity Tower. You really don't know the difference until you compare them, and the difference was astonishing. On this trip to Macau, I stayed at two popular hotels: Grand Lisboa Palace and Studio City Celebrity Tower. My overall experience was quite polarizing. First, let's talk about Studio City Celebrity Tower. It has a youthful, entertainment-focused style, but after staying there, I found it to be rather 'average.' While the room design was novel, there was nothing particularly stunning about it. The space and comfort were just decent. The service and facilities were acceptable, but for the price, it didn't leave a deep impression. It felt like a place you stay once and move on; I wouldn't necessarily choose it again. Grand Lisboa Palace, on the other hand, was a real surprise. The overall decor is European luxury, and everything from the lobby to the rooms felt high-quality with great attention to detail. It was very photogenic. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall stay significantly exceeded my expectations. Plus, the price was relatively reasonable, offering excellent value for money. In conclusion, if you're just looking for a standard, convenient place to stay, Studio City is acceptable. But if you want a 'resort-like' feel and prioritize the overall accommodation experience, Grand Lisboa Palace is a much better choice. Next time I visit Macau, I'll definitely rebook at Grand Lisboa Palace. Also, Grand Lisboa Macau offers even more budget-friendly options!!

After more than ten years, Macau still chose to stay at the Venetian Hotel. Although the new hotels around the city have risen, the luxury level has surpassed one, but the feelings for the Venetians are still not reduced. The hotel's ** popularity is still very strong, and the snack street is also crowded at the meal. The hotel room is also the same as at the beginning, one of the reasons for liking is that it is big enough and comfortable! The window of the suite looks out at the Londoner Hotel opposite. Yuki and Ivan who checked in at the hotel are super intimate! Repeatedly told how to find the room not to get lost, to call the room again before check-out, confirm whether to have luggage service and departure time, to the shuttle bus to the pier. Some guests mentioned that the hotel is very noisy in the decoration. I have to help the hotel talk. The noise time is 12:00 noon-8:00 pm. Generally, most guests will not stay in the hotel room during this time period, so the impact on me is not very big, can be ignored! In short, it was a short and pleasant trip! I am very happy to recommend the Venetian to my relatives and friends around me. And the price/performance ratio of the price is still very high!

This was my first stay, and I had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, with both a bathtub and a standing shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The mini-fridge was also good, and I was very pleased with the sea view from the window. Included with the stay were tickets to the Grand Resort Deck water park, which allowed us to enjoy a full day there. It was incredible value for money; the environment was top-notch, and the facilities were new, even though the park has been open for a while. There are also restaurants within the park where you can grab a bite anytime. There's a convenient store downstairs from the hotel, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is beautiful, and the service is top-notch, especially Johnny.NG who was incredibly patient and thoroughly explained all the hotel amenities and services. A big thank you also to Harry for upgrading us to a family room, which made our three-day, two-night holiday with our child absolutely wonderful! The hotel's water park and swimming pool are also gorgeous, and our child had an amazing time there!

I've been spoiled by the Four Seasons, I truly love it, love it, love it! The front desk was so enthusiastic, giving us Macau guidebooks and a small plush toy for my child. They also gave us a detailed introduction, which was great. Every staff member at the hotel was very polite. In the room, there were fruit, cake, and pastries, which was a nice touch. Every day, they provided turn-down service, tidying up all our belongings, even neatly organizing charging cables. The swimming pool also offered free Haagen-Dazs. Next time I come to Macau, I definitely want to stay at the Four Seasons again! 🇲🇴

It truly lives up to its reputation as Macau's top family-friendly hotel, definitely the best. From check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, immediately offering the kids drawing books and chocolates. In the room, there was even a tent for them to sleep in. The children's toiletries set was incredibly comprehensive and high-end, not just a simple toothbrush and toothpaste, but also bathrobes, plastic slippers, and even ceramic mouthwash cups that you could take home for free. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's exceptionally well-maintained. Each night, turndown service brought different little gifts. The water park and Kids' Club are simply a dream come true for children. Once they're in, they don't want to leave! I highly recommend the surf pool and the wave pool – you simply can't get enough of them.

The hotel is great for its location except that it’s not one of EE bus stop from HK. The room first assigned to us was on high floor but has an awful smell of urine. Therefore we demanded a room change which was ok but on a lower floor and smaller room even though it has better view towards the Eiffel Tower and Londoner.  Buffet Breakfast variety was great with western, Chinese, indian etc.  The water park was amazing with both indoor and outdoor zones which can spend a whole day, though with additional expenses.  The indoor playground on 3/f was ok but not value for money though it’s a 3 storey high playground.  Overall staff don’t smile and sometime kind of rude except the staff at the Gala restaurant.  Last but not least, maybe because of water saving device, water flow was weak to the extent that it takes quite some time to even heat up the water on the wash basin.  Overall if coming for water park, it’s worth staying at the hotel as it directly connects to it which is convenient.

My husband and I revisited Wynn Palace, and it was just as satisfying as the first time. We had a delightful coincidence this time: Eric, who checked us in last time, also handled our check-in this time. He's very professional, communicates well, and handles things meticulously. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the stay experience is consistently excellent. It's a hotel we'll repeatedly choose when visiting Macau.

The service was excellent and thorough, with a free minibar and complimentary, refillable bottled water. Thumbs up! Plus, there are refreshments in the lobby. It's clean and hygienic. The only minor downsides are that there's no direct vehicle access to the entrance, and the location is a bit out of the way. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money!

Our stay was wonderful! It happened to be my daughter's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a cake and a card, which was a really heartwarming gesture. Although we couldn't get a free upgrade due to high occupancy that day, they kindly arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our experience fantastic. I'm looking forward to unlocking the Big Ben room on our next stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again!

My stay at Yingsing Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 After exiting the gate, I took a car directly to the hotel, passing by the entertainment complex, Galaxy Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and finally arriving at Yingsing Hotel and W Hotel. The hotel is separate from the entertainment venues, making it very quiet. The room was spacious, with the bathroom and bedroom separated, and there was a bathtub for soaking. The complimentary and paid snacks, drinks, and fruits were clearly laid out, and refills were prompt. Turndown service was provided on both nights, and I received a lovely keychain and L'Occitane face mask as gifts. The hotel is very high-tech; all room amenities can be operated via a tablet, which is incredibly convenient. There are many dining options within the hotel, such as Hua Ren Bing Shi, Chen Ji Bing Shi, and McDonald's – whatever you crave, you can find it. I also explored the entertainment complex and got a free matcha bubble tea. I highly recommend staying here!

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open... I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion! I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!

Traveling to Macau with my family of three, I booked a Windsor Suite at The Londoner, with an extra bed. I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, relatively new building, comprehensive facilities with cultural characteristics, and the fact that the room rate included exclusive club access with Western and Chinese breakfast, English afternoon tea, and a cocktail package – greatly enriching and convenienting our vacation. The Windsor Suite at The Londoner was incredibly quiet. During our stay, I barely heard any hallway noise or doors opening and closing. The interior design was understated luxury yet elegant, creating a sense of peace. Upon entering, the mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The living room was spacious, and like the bedroom and bathroom, it featured large-screen TVs. The room also had an air purifier and an electric massage chair, along with a king-size bed. The bathroom was equipped with a jetted tub, and it was bright and roomy, with marble countertops and walls adding to the luxurious feel. The suite had a separate walk-in closet and two restrooms, more than sufficient for a family vacation. All dining took place in the various restaurants within the exclusive club, The Huating, on the third floor. Breakfast was served for six hours until 1 PM, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive; in addition to self-service items, guests could also order various high-end ingredients and specialty dim sum, offering an excellent culinary experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service culture. The butler-style service began even before check-in. Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process was essentially completed without waiting. Our request for a low-floor, non-smoking room was accommodated after a short wait, and our luggage was already placed in the walk-in closet. The restaurant service was also delightful and attentive. Although the team was predominantly young, their way of greeting guests, communicating, identifying guest needs, and responding promptly was of a very high standard, truly reflecting the caliber expected of a grand hotel. As a small suggestion for improvement, if there's anything I hope the hotel could enhance, it would be to consider a wider variety of toiletries brands. Also, the hot water supply efficiency could be improved. Continuously refining these details would bring it closer to perfection.

I had the chance to visit Macau for two days, and on my way to Shanghai, I decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt. I've always had a good impression of the Grand Hyatt, finding it to be a high-end hotel with a strong sense of design, so my expectations were quite high before checking in. However, after actually checking in, I felt that some of the facilities were indeed showing their age. For example, the toilet showed noticeable wear and tear, with clear signs of use, making it feel old and a bit dirty overall. I even forgot to take photos at the time. Other areas of the bathroom were actually quite nice, but the bathing and shower areas weren't completely separated, which made using them a bit awkward. Overall, the hotel still retains its design aesthetic, but the maintenance of the hardware definitely needs improvement. The floor we stayed on was also great, offering views of other hotels in the vicinity.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻
