Value for money stay Room is big Free shuttle buses bringing u to multiple places of interest Shopping malls are not crowded and please visit the gardens and indoor swimming pool!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience we had at Grand Lisboa Palace. The highlight of our stay was definitely the surprise upgrade to a suite room. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. My daughter was beyond thrilled with the extra space and luxury amenities. It truly made our stay extra special. Another amazing surprise was the birthday cake that was sent to the room for my daughter. It was a deliciously decadent treat that made her birthday even more memorable. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness shown by the staff truly warmed our hearts. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, from the luxurious pool and spa to the delicious in dining options. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfection. We were treated like royalty from start to finish, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special. We can't wait to return!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The garden on the 3/floor would allow you to make many nice photos !

Fantastic property ! Would be appreciate to see some veg option or halal foods. That was missing. Rest all was very good. Check in time the reception team was very helpful. About informing about property.

The check in services is very slow. We arrived at 4pm and the room is not ready. Wait for an hour and need to go back to reception to get the room around 5pm. The cleanliness of the beddings is in questions, found dirt on the beddings!!

Grand Lisboa palace hotel is very new, with clean and tidy facilities and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Room: Spacious, Clean (rooms are cleaned twice a day!) Service: Excellent!! From reception, buffet (the grand buffet restaurant) to House keeping! One of the best! Would definitely come back! We enjoyed our Anniversary and my Husband’s birthday here. They offered anniversary cake as well. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a non-smoking room but turned out the previous guest smoked it the room and the smell was still there when we checked in. But hotel staff are helpful to give us an air purifier to improve the air quality. Hotel should punish those inconsiderate guests who smoke in the non smoking room.

Perfect place for staycation with a top notch customer service. Clean room and comfy bed with a fresh linens. Very relaxing garden view. They even set up a birthday amenity cake for my birthday.

Well, the hotel is big,and there's a big mall too but I think the mall is a little quiet and the mall doesn’t have too many things to do …… But the room is spacious, staff friendly and the amenities are of better qualities than those in other hotels. The beds are comfortable and the showers are gorgeous. The location Is bit far from the city centre and the shuttle bus is not too frequent. Other than that it’s good in general and I’d try other facilities next time.
