We rented a room with 3 beds and they gave us one with 2, we requested a change and they didn't give it to us. Air conditioning does not work. Very noisy, both on Gran Via street and on the top floor terrace

Hotel in a central and convenient location for visiting the city. Very small but functional rooms, equally small but practical bathroom.
The rooms are very noisy, without any type of soundproofing. During our. living room they were painting some rooms and the common areas. The work was carried out until late at night and due to the lack of soundproofing it was difficult to rest.

Lo único malo es el elevador, es pequeño, lento y viejo. Subimos a pie 7 pisos para check in, mismo que bajamos. Optamos por que subiera uno de nosotros con todas las maletas, el resto por la escalera. Muchos con el mismo problema. Luego una noche se metieron dos vagabundos a dormir en la escalera, no se querían mover. Avisamos para que los sacaran.

La ubicación excelente! En todo el centro! El trato con el personal muy bien! La habitación era acogedora y limpia. Las camas muy cómodas. Si he de decir algo negativo, es que las paredes parece la de cartón, se oye todo. El ascensor es difícil de coger.
