Very clean and tidy public areas and rooms. The shower was a bit uncomfortable and dark. The employees take it very seriously. The surrounding street is a regulated parking area, although it is difficult to find a location at certain times.

The property is well located. The house keeper is very nice
However, the front desk male staff were very rude and unfriendly. Made us felt unwelcome.

Definitely away from the action, but the price was affordable. There is a metro station in walking distance. A city bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to Puerta del Sol. Parque de El Retiro is about a 30 minutes walk,
