Petit Palace Tres Cruces

The location of this hotel was very convenient for all of our trips around the city. It was close enough to walk in all directions we intended to go. The staff was helpful. Elena was exceptionally helpful for all our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day. Overall very happy with our stay here.

Taxi won’t drop you off in front of the hotel. A short walk is needed. It is close to Plaza del Sol the shopping center. No coffee maker, the bathroom door doesn’t close completely. On ADay 2they forgot to replace a floor mat. It was clean and NO BEDBUG.

Everything was fantastic, from the location, to the room and specially the people working there. Helen and Alejandra were very helpful not only helping us deal with our lost passport but also helping with directions and tourist attractions recommendations. Highly recommended.

The shower was difficult to figure out the shower head never worked and it had black mold on shower borders and yellow on the ceiling

The place is fine, the location is great, the cost is fine. My only complaint is that the ********** "parking available" amenity criterium is a joke. Sometimes it means that a hotel has paid parking, sometimes it means that there is paid parking that is very close, sometimes, as here, it means nothing more than there is parking somewhere in the city.

Excellent hotel. It was clean and updated. We really enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff. The only complaint we had was the noise levels. The cleaning staff starting vacuuming and cleaning the halls (not the room) super early in the morning when we were still sleeping, waking us up both mornings we were there. Not ideal for people who are enjoying the city into the later evening and wanting to sleep in a little.
