Venice Star Grand Hotel

My friends stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is okay, but if you are commuting, you need to walk about 5–6 minutes to reach the jeepney terminal. There are not many convenience stores nearby, but the famous Binondo area is very close. The room itself was okay.

The aircon is not working properly, too long to get cold knowing it is on its lowest temperature, the bed is spacious but not comfortable, the comfort room has water leaks on the floor could cause accident, has still hairs on the drainage. Would not book here again not worth the money and experience in binondo.

I did’t enjoy staying here because the room I booked is not the same with the one they gave us, the room i booked has table chairs indoor slippers towels ,hot water but when we arrived. The room is like a mess, no table no chair no hot water in the shower, the towel is only one, no tv, no foot rag in the cr just a bed with pillows and yellowish. Sorry to say but that’s the truth. Also the location is not good, it’s difficult for transportation.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely unclean, and the floors were very dirty. No slippers were provided, which made it uncomfortable to walk around inside the room. The reception staff were not welcoming or accommodating, which made the stay even worse. Customer service was poor from the moment we arrived. What frustrated me the most was the misleading check-in and check-out information. The hotel advertisement clearly stated check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 5:00 PM, which suggests more than 24 hours of stay. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that we were only allowed to stay for 20 hours. This should have been clearly explained beforehand to avoid misleading guests. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and misleading policies made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Good location but the ac is defective.we had to transfer to another room which is a bit smaller than what we booked but its kinda spacious compared to other hotel rooms.

Location is perfect as it is near Chinatown. The staff are nice as well however, the room is quite dusty and unclean especially the bathroom. The wifi is really slow so we didn't get to use the TV since it only have netflix and youtube. The bathroom shower is not working properly. There was also no hot water available during our stay.
